Welcome to Seaside Sanctuary, nestled in the Summer Salt Community in Orange Beach. Recently built and updated throughout with new décor and modern fixtures, this slice of paradise will prove to be exactly what you have been searching for! Across from the beach and on the edge of town, staying here will allow you to spend your days doing whatever you enjoy such as swimming, shopping, checking out local eateries or just relaxing.
This delightful, two-story home can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 guests within the 1507 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, making it an optimal size and layout for small families. Sleeping arrangements include a plush king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the first guest bedroom and another queen bed in the second guest bedroom, all of which will ensure a restful night's slumber before each new day of exciting Alabama excursions. All bedrooms have their own full private bathrooms. There is also a full bath downstairs for everyone's convenience.
Prepare a freshly cooked meal in the well stocked kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz counter tops. Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. There is also a counter high bar with 4 barstools and a table for 4 to enjoy your take-out or a home cooked meal. During downtime, watch your favorite shows on one of the flat screen TV's or connect with your friends' back home via free Wi-Fi. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. This home provides you with all the essentials you need to enjoy your stay at the beach! Beach access is located half a mile at Romar Beach Public Access, it is paid parking area. This home is walking distance to Live Bait, Beachside mini golf, The Ruby Slipper, and Docs Seafood! The pool is a short walk just down the street, you can see the pool from the front porch.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: There are 3 reserved parking spots under home. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
