Located in the heart of Aldea Zama, this accommodation has a private roof top with swimming pool, barbecue and Wi-Fi over 200 mbps. With capacity for 6 people, its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offer the perfect space to relax.

This Penthouse has ample spaces designed for your comfort and enjoyment. The 3 bedrooms, each with a king size bed, offer the privacy necessary for a full rest. The bathrooms are equipped with everything you need for your comfort.

You can enjoy a wonderful view from our private roof top, equipped with a swimming pool for your exclusive enjoyment. In addition, you can make use of the barbecue to prepare an outdoor meal.

Your stay includes one cleaning before your arrival and one cleaning at the end of your stay. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to coordinate it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.

Being part of the charming and authentic Tulum experience, it is important to note that our growing town has a rustic charm, with unpaved streets and the occasional cut-off of basic services. While these incidents do not tend to be frequent or last long, they allow you to immerse yourself in the relaxed, in-tune-with-nature pace of our beloved community.

We appreciate your understanding and assure you that any small inconvenience that may arise is more than compensated by the beauty and magic of Tulum. Please note that our prices reflect these circumstances and, unfortunately, we are unable to offer additional refunds in the event of these temporary outages as they are beyond our control.

We ask you to follow the rules for a better coexistence with the neighbors:

- The reservation is only for registered guests, visits or extra guests or pets are not allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only inside the apartment, during the day at a moderate volume.
- The bathing suit is mandatory to use the pool. The hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons to the pool area.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or bronzer.
- The toilets in the area do not support paper inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can be covered and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of the neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.

❄ Finally, we ask you a lot to help us take care of electricity consumption, which is very high. Do not leave air conditioners on if you are not at home and when you turn them on please close all doors and windows.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for loss of key, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
- For each rule that is not followed, the condominium or the neighborhood committee can charge up to a $200 usd penalty or remove or speak to the police for an eviction for bad behavior.
- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $5 pesos per extra kW. With responsible use they should not exceed it.
- You have total privacy in the property, however if there is any force majeure event where we have to access, we will let you know in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc.)
