The main living area upstairs has a ductless zoned AC Unit, beautiful fireplace, dining area, the kitchen has granite counters with maple cabinets. Downstairs has an indoor laundry room. Outside is a fabulous hot tub and a fenced yard.

Parking is available in the garage and the driveway. One car will fit in the garage (if preferred, not required) and then there is plenty of other parking to the left of the garage and on the drive for up to five cars.

Fox Farm is just minutes to the major retail shopping areas and dining establishments, three of the Valley schools, and all medical and professional services. It’s also just minutes to Big Bear’s two ski resorts, the lake and marinas, making it a favorite choice!

Free Big Bear Trolley:

Mountain Transit's Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.

Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.

Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.

9 person max occupancy, 5 car max occupancy per Big Bear Lake.

Pet Friendly up to 2 (dogs) per stay. $75 per pet per stay is required.

For the safety of all our guests the outside of the property is monitored by video.

Please note that the fireplace in the master bedroom is decorative only.

We have 4 large smart TVs with Roku so you can stream your favorite shows and movies. Bedrooms boast brand new carpeting.

There are two pack n plays at the property. They are both stored upstairs (one in the hallway closet and then one in the upstairs bedroom)

We also have a highchair in the upstairs closet.

Game closet, sleds, fishing pole, beach chairs and corn hole available.

We provide fresh linens and towels (a towel set up consists of one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth).

Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

Fireplace is wood. Local grocery stores sell wood bundles and starter blocks. Please note that fireplace in master bedroom is decorative only.

Slopes Distance: Snow summit is 5 minutes away. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 6 minutes away.

Grocery Stores: Vons and Stater Brothers are 3 minutes away.

Village: 7 minutes away.

Big Bear Lake: 9 minutes away.

To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.

If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.

Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.

The new City law requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy of your Governmental ID which must match the reservation/rental agreement and all pet fees must be paid to receive the code (the platform only collects one but a pet fee must be paid PER pet please
No smoking inside $3500 plus damages
No hot tub use after 10pm per the law any time a spa is left open more than 30 mins a fine of $250 per hour will be due plus damages to the spa as this can result in a severe issue - if a user error or maintenance is refused to verify a spa issue or if we have to dump and fill water prior to your stay due to cleanliness requirements - we cannot be held liable nor grant refunds for a spa not being at the temperature desired or if left uncovered - if we have to dump the water it can take 24 hours for it to warm up
No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages no street parking at any time this is separate and apart from any fines issued by the city for going over occupancy, music heard at the property line, noise after 10pm along with $25 per bag trash rule due to the City of Big Bear Lake laws
No events or parties - any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction same with smoking
$25 per bag of trash left in the fridge, in kitchen or onsite anywhere - this is the law and we must abide by it
$45 dirty dishes fee - our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law
