Orlando surprise

This location did not disappoint! The hosts thought of everything to make the stay pleasant. Plus, great location on a brick road, charming neighborhood - five houses from a highly rated restaurant.One of the greatest advantages was that you could get to shopping and restaurants on Colonial Blvd. by taking the back roads and not get into Orlando traffic. But when you wanted to go further it was easy to get to the major highways.So sorry to leave! Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

This is the second time I have stayed at this location, it’s a very beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a super great kitchen layout. The backyard is fabulous and the front porch is very comfortable to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Home owner is great and easy to contact, there is extra food items, coffee, sugar , condiments that make the stay easier. This home by far has been the best i have stayed at.

Orlando Spring get away

Perfect quiet, location. Easy walking distance to downtown Orlando. Home was exactly as shows. Denise was a great and very responsive host. Will definitely look to stay again when visiting Orlando.

Perfect Home Base

This cottage was the best home base for our vacation to Orlando. We loved the quiet neighborhood within walking distance to many beautiful parks and Maxine’s just around the corner. The house has been freshly renovated and is very stylish and had everything we needed!

This home is amazingly. Love the way the owners incorporated the old and the new. Felt like home away from home during the Christmas Holidays (the outside lights and Christmas tree were perfect). Very well stocked with everything we need to cook and love the old cookware. The location to Downtown Orlando is convenient and also close to Disney. This house and the communication with the owners exceeded my expectations!!

Terrific Colonialtown Cottage

This 1924 cottage has been completely renovated recently. It has a thoroughly modern kitchen, it's fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. Dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper products, even coffee, etc. all provided. A great place to stay. Wish at least one bed were a king but the queen was comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood in great location.

Historic, Chic, Clean, Convenient, All the things 😍

We had the BEST experience staying at The French Broad this past weekend. My husband and I and our best friends stayed here for a couples getaway weekend. The pictures online made it look like a cool interesting cottage. The pictures do not do it justice. It is a super cute 1924 historic home that is beautifully renovated inside. Everything it seemed is BRAND new. The whole house is decorated in a cute Scandinavian style that is consistent through out. Do you like coffee? This is a coffee lovers paradise. Fully stocked coffee bar, including a variety of great coffees and creamer. There is also a cute cart bar and glasses and things to mix drinks. We would go back with kids if needed, because it’s equipped with kids toys and kids serving ware ect. It doesn't feel so nice you can’t bring kids, they would enjoy the beauty of this home. We walked through the awesome and very safe feeling neighborhood multiple times to get downtown. Also met nice neighbors. The neighborhood felt very safe and clean. We had a great stay and recommend this VRBO to anyone and hope to return next time we are in Orlando. Also, the host Denise is super easy to communicate with and was very helpful to answer all our questions. It gets 6 ⭐️ from us if we could give an extra!
