This gated golf cart community offers a Tennis and Pickleball court, separate Basketball court, a Marina, Boat ramp, Gymnasium, Fishing Pier, and more. Bring your personal boat or watercraft (must fit in carport and carry insurance) and enjoy great fishing or sand bar hopping, key largo is known for.

This beautiful home also offers a rooftop terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean for you to relax and enjoy the constant seabreeze, sunbathing in the day or stargazing in the evening or watching an early Sunrise.

Enjoy indoor games and sports in the home's Game Room, such as Pool Table, Ping Pong, Dart Board, Domino's, or your favorite Card game, while sipping on your cocktail, beer or wine from its Wet Bar. Aside from the refrigerator's ice maker, a Commercial size Ice Machine is on the property for all your ice needs. It produces plenty of ice for all your fishing, boating or beach day activities.

You will have the use of the Golf Cart (licensed drivers only per association rules), one bicycle and a tricycle, and a Kayak if you're the adventurous type.

The community also offers a Fishing Pier from which you can of course fish or just sit, gather around and relax while enjoying the ocean views.

Modern fully equipped Gym, Swimming Pool, Basketball and Tennis are on the resort premises for your use.
