Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in the unique town of Beaufort, SC! Just a few minutes from Parris Island, we have designed our home to provide a perfect retreat for families and groups alike. Whether you're attending a graduation at Parris Island or just looking for some place to get away, our well maintained home will be what you are looking for!

We focus on cleanliness and convenience for our guests so that you can focus on enjoying your time here. We feature an electronic lock for easy check-in and access, a well-stocked kitchen with ample cookware and seating, a guidebook to help you get to know the area and the amenities, as well as the space to relax and unwind during your stay.

The highlight for both children and adults though is undoubtedly our inviting pool area, where you can enjoy time with family and friends while you fire up our provided gas grill, or lounge comfortably poolside under the shaded patio. Our pool has been a hit among our guests, and we’re sure you will love it too!

We also reside in a perfect central location to many local attractions. We are a 5-10 min drive to Parris Island, 10 min from Port Royal, and walking distance to the Spanish Moss Trail and local pickleball courts.

In addition to our prime location, our guests have praised the quiet and welcoming neighborhood that surrounds our property. This helps allow you to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, while still being within an hour drive of popular vacation spots like Savannah, Charleston, and Hilton Head.

We live in Kentucky, and bought this house because we wanted to start building a portfolio of nice, well maintained homes to share with others as short term rentals. My wife is the interior designer for all our homes, drop her a note if you think she should start a business! We don't have a pool where we primarily live, but do have a fenced in backyard for our golden retriever and 2 year old boy.

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood in SC! It is quiet and peaceful, great for walking and exercising, and so close to all the Beaufort/Port Royal amenities. Plus it is within an hour to Hilton Head, Savannah, and (a little more than an hour) to Charleston - at a fraction of the price. We love going down there when the house is empty and going to the beach!

What makes this property unique

Besides the fact that we have an in-ground pool, we have two master bedrooms, one of them quite large. This makes it easy to entertain larger groups while still giving everyone a place to go off to if they need some privacy. We have even used the master closet of the bigger master as a baby room!
