Poor Communication About Broken AC

Wass told that the DC area was on AC restriction which was not so. It was hot and uncomfortable so we had the building manager help. He found the AC to be broken. The VRBO agent should have contacted the manager on our behalf on our first complaint instead of dragging out excuses. The room and location were perfect. We have stayed there before, so advise would be to check the AC is working and contact staff if you need help.
