Fantastic design located in the heart of National Landing Virginia´s closest bordering neighborhood to Washington, D.C. The residence provides all the pleasures. Ideally suited for business executives. You will be located 15 minutes away from the White House, The Capitol and the Georgetown University. One Stop from Reagan National airport, 3 blocks away from Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations. Hundreds of restaurants and shops.

The Space:
- Room 1: Queen size bed, full bathroom with bathtub, desk in the room.
- Room 2: Queen size bed, access to shared bathroom from the bedroom.
- Living room: Sofa bed.
- Large kitchen + dining room
- Washing machine + dryer
- Damage waiver fee: 36$. included in the reservation for accidental property damage (please read the house rules for more information).

Pool only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please note that access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for a supplement of 10 USD per night per guest

We do not provide bath towels.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on outside temperature.

Frustration

I have never given a bad review on Vrbo. Things arent always perfect, i understand that. However, this was more than things not being perfect. When i notified the managing company, WeHost, and the owner of issues with the unit, i recieved only one response regarding pool passes. Other issues included, dirty bedding, dirty, dishes, not enough bath towels (4 for a family of 5) coffee maker was present- without a coffee pot, no hot water in one of the 2 showers (which left all 5 of us using 1 shower) and the garbage disposal was broken with food in it from the previous renters. On the bright side, the location was great and the staff at the front desk was always professional, kind, and helpful. *2 issues were not mentioned due to the length of time it would take to describe the situation. If the owner and management company can work together to improve cleanliness, repairs, and communication, this unit would be a gem.

Highrise near DC and Amazon HQ

This was a nice place to stay in Crystal City close to our family that we were visiting, and also very close to DC. Nice place that met our needs with 2 BRs and 2 bathrooms on opposite sides of the living area. Ownership was very quick to respond to questions which was great. There are some nice little restaurants, a Costco and a Whole Foods within walking distance. A couple little things could make this place even better: - had a lot of wine glasses and coffee mugs, but no normal glasses - provided bath towels but no hand towels or washcloths - Check-in process is a little more complicated than most VRBOs we're used to - perhaps that's needed when in a condo highrise

Great place!!

Completely renovated, feels like a new place. Clean, neat and plenty of room. Two bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. The kitchen and living room combo let us relax and enjoy some time to unwind, which we wouldn't have had in a hotel. There are some good restaurants nearby with choices like pizza, dunkin donuts or some nice sit down dinner places which we took advantage of. The metro station was two blocks away, and we got everywhere we wanted to go in two or three stops. Super convenient and comfortable. Some suggestions, get some room darkening drapes (the blinds weren't doing it), another set of towels in the bathrooms would be nice, some rocks glasses (Old Fashions in coffee mugs got the job done, but...) and can we get a box of tissues?
