- Room 1: Queen size bed, full bathroom with bathtub, desk in the room.
- Room 2: Queen size bed, access to shared bathroom from the bedroom.
- Living room: Sofa bed.

- Damage waiver fee: 35$. included in the reservation for accidental property damage (please read the house rules for more information).
