Came for the beach

Property was well advertised. Very quiet neighborhood. About 20 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. Lots of places to eat.

Conflicted

So the stay was ......ok. the lanlord was there alot.she was on the patio to the house smoking cigarettes often. She had stated she needed to be there the wifi to her apartment wasnt working due to "the wind"?. Second the kitchen had a few issues that we tried to address to with her to no resolution. The kit hen sink was backed up with water from the dishwasher. Aside from being told there was draino nothing was done. Finally the dishwasher itself was coated in moldand had dirty water collected in the bottom ( i have pictures) . The wifi disnt work at all amd there was tell tale signs she was in the house daily with bedroom doors being open nd items from the kitchen missing.when we returnedafter work( butcher block and knives). Finallywe used the frill once and it ran out of fuel the first night, after texting her three times it was never filled..
