Welcome to the Georgia Peach Cottage! Located in the quiet neighborhood of St. Simons Heights, this updated and newly furnished cottage has the perfect amenity mix of location to beaches, restaurants and shopping, as well as lots of living spaces to enjoy on St. Simons Island.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

In the rear living space, guests will find sliding glass doors that open up to the private fully fenced backyard with an inviting wood burning fire pit to enjoy time outside.

The Primary Bedroom Suite offers a king size bed, an updated en suite bathroom, an HD Smart TV and a large walk-in closet. The two well sized guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom and offer HD Smart TV's.

ONCE IN A LIFETIME

We were on the island for our son’s retirement celebration. His home is literally around the corner, convenient plus Georgia Peach Cottage so very lovely.. extremely well equipped, clean, comfortable and inviting. Felt like home from the start…must give a huge shout out to the property managing team that hand held walked us through everything..so much appreciated. Very likely to return and inform others of this delightful haven

Spring Break Perfection

I cannot say enough good things about Georgia Peach Cottage. It was perfection - spotless, beautifully decorated, spacious and amazing hosts. We rented a golf cart while there and rode it everywhere - perfect way to explore the island and I highly recommend. We are super picky about the places we stay but would 100% stay here again when we visit SSI.

Clean and well-appointed

Very much enjoyed our stay with our two dogs. The fenced in back yard was much appreciated. Beaches, golf, and museums all close by. Wish the weather was better. The home itself was roomy (how about having a walkin closet on vacation!), and very clean with everything you need.

Perfect getaway!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, great location, comfortable, nice fenced yard - we felt very at home. There was even a nice workspace for me to work remotely. We would definitely rent this property again. Check-in and check-out were easy and communication from property manager was great!

House was very clean and family friendly. Queen bed did squeak.(son slept on sofa. Check out rules are ridiculous, why have a cleaning crew if you have to do most yourself.

Great experience

The house was very nice and clean. We did have dogs and the fenced in back yard was excellent for late night potty trips. Plenty of room for everyone. We did have an issue with the tub draining slow in the master. I let them know and they had someone out to fix it the same day. We rented a golf cart that made getting in to town and going to the beach very easy. We all had a great week. Lots to do within a mile or two from the house. We couldn’t do it all in the time we had.

Georgia Peach Cottage is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked making meal prep a breeze. Communication was prompt and easy. I highly recommend staying at this property. It met all of our needs and then some. Thank you for a great stay. We came back home rested and with memories to last a lifetime.

Perfect Stay

This property was absolutely perfect. We’ve been coming to Saint Simons for years and I wish I had found it sooner. The house was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the bathrooms was wonderful. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for our fur baby and the location was just perfect. We were close to the beach, the shops, grocery etc… We will return again! Thanks so much!!
