KushKations Grown&SEXY is equipped with all-new stainless steel appliances. You will only need to provide groceries when arriving, your kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, glassware & dinnerware. Perfect for any chef to entertain during your KushKation stay.

The Bedrooms

KushKations Grown&SEXY features 2 bedrooms with king memory foam beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch TV, hangers + laundry baskets. The green bedroom also features an office desk, & chair. Privacy is key & you will feel right at home in your own furnished bedroom. All bedroom doors have locks.

The Bathrooms

KushKations Grown&SEXY has one bathroom. Guests can find hair dryers & shower accessories like shower gel & shampoo located in the bathrooms. Just outside the bathroom is a linen closet filled with extra towels and washcloths so you can freshen up before you explore Denver.

The Backyard

KushKations Grown&SEXY features a private enclosed backyard with a 4-seater ot hot tub, propane gas grill, gas fire pit & dining area. Guests need to either bring their own propane gas or utilize the Cynch application to place an order. Turn on the outdoor lighting to really set the scene while utilizing the backyard to unwind under the stars & truly hit the reset button. Morning, night, summer or wintertime, it provides year-round relaxation.

First impression is the place is very small, it's a tiny appartement. And the hot tub was neither full nor functioning which is the main reason for booking and we were not offered any compensation. overall unsatisfied.

Beautiful Idea. NOT 420 friendly inside. Aggressive Neighbor Hates 420 Outside. Not Owner’s Fault ❤️

So lots of things to note, both good and bad. Overall, I’d say the owner of the property is absolutely fantastic. I’d love to rent one of his other properties sometime!!! He was readily available and extremely helpful. The property itself though is not ideal. The biggest issue is that many things are not made clear in the description of this rental prior to arriving, so here are some things I wish I knew: -neither bedroom has a dresser and one of them has no closet space as the only closet is locked. There is just barely enough room for people to sleep, and no room for possessions whatsoever in this secondary bedroom. -the bathroom is comically small. Roughly the size of a publicly room toilet stall with a shower. No counter space. Doable for a single person being squished, but there’s no way I could have shared. I’m glad I was alone here until the second to last day -BIGGEST NOTE I wish I’d known!!! The hot tub is NOT private. It looks like it from the photos. It is not. It is shared with the other units in the building, including this unit’s next door neighbor who will yell at you if you smoke 420 outside at ANY hour of the day, ANYWHERE on or near the property, including but not limited to all designated smoking areas, including the hot tub courtyard (which apparently has a Montessori school next door that he will yell at you about if you toke there) as well as the front yard, side porch, AND the parking lot next to your own car. -this unit is NOT 420 friendly inside.

We loved this unique spot! Easy to find/access, owner was great, super clean and comfortable! Awesome art on the walls if you're into that. Obviously, the pole, old school video games and hot tub did not disappoint! 🔥

Great location for all the things

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great and everything we had planned was fairly close by. The property had everything you could possibly need and felt very comfortable to be in. The only downside was this unit is right off a main road, and the noise from the cars could be heard occasionally, but it was never unbearable. We definitely plan to stay in the future!

Fun place, area under renovation

Fun place, easy entry, reasonable expectations. The insulation strewn in the parking lot and general air of renovation was a bit off putting but no loud noises or inconveniences. Good times!

Pride weekend stay

We stayed here for pride and it was very decently located. The amenities are cool, but it’s a very bolstered 2bed/1barh apartment. Nice place to have for this event, but parking was a bit weird. Stated we’d have 3 parking spots, but apparently that’s not the case. There’s a lot of parking though around the block and visitor parking we were told about.
