355 Bahia Vista Home is a 4 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Pool Home accommodating 8 guests. Bahia Vista has Luxury inside and out! This home sits right on the Intercoastal Waterway and as you walk into the home you are met with a wall of windows that offers a gorgeous view! There are 2 Coastal Style Living Areas, one for relaxing and enjoying the view or watching the kids in the pool and the other is set up for a movie night and lounging. The kitchen has new Stainless Steel Appliances and everything you need to stay in and make dinner while guests sit at the Breakfast Nook. Dining room features a Table and seats for 8, a Bar with 2 Stools and a Wine Chiller. All 4 Bedrooms are well appointed with your own TV in each. Vacation feels real when you walk outside!! There are Dining Tables, Bistro Style Sitting, Pool Loungers, and a Resort Style Sitting Area. You could also sit right on the dock and watch the boats go by and possibly catch the Dolphins playing. The beautiful heated pool sits right in the middle of it all !!There is a game room outside with a foosball table and surrounded with windows. Another bonus is that you are a 5 minute drive to Indian Rocks Beach and you could take the 6 Seater Golf Cart (access provided upon signing a waiver)!!

4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
