There are two entrances to the condo - the private entrance is accessible from the outside with a few stairs to the doorstep. The other is through the building with no stairs. This spot offers incredible ski in/ski out access for skiers directly onto the Chalumeau ski trail and a path to walk to the village.

Enjoy the convenience of packing light as you’ll only need to bring your food. All cookware, bakeware, and cutlery are available in the fully loaded kitchen during your stay. There is a propane BBQ available to use right outside your doorstep, along with a sitting area to enjoy during the summer.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon. The person booking the property must be at least 25 years of age. This is strictly enforced and deference will result in immediate eviction without refund.
