This stunning ocean view first floor villa has been beautifully renovated in coastal shades of blue and white with tiled floors throughout. It is a first-floor unit with an open roomy floor plan and just steps from the beach, pool, and Jamaica Joez beach bar cafe. It's a true beach get away at one of Hilton Head Islands premier resort. This one-bedroom amazing beach villa has views of the resort pool and ocean from the balcony and has the following features a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless full-sized appliances, farmer sink, housewares and accessories including a Keurig coffee maker, The bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower and granite top vanity. The bedroom features a motorized king bed, a smart tv and wide-open space for your comfort. There is a pull-out Sofa in Living Room to sleep 4 comfortably. This villa has been remodeled to today standards of what guests want for a beach vacation. Perfect for a couple plus 2 additional guests.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.
Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Great Condo = Great Vacation

Stayed in C-137 for a girl’s getaway and couldn’t have found a nicer condo in a better location. Condo was just as described and pictured and resort overall was great!

Ocean View suite

The property is really nice, clean and well kept! However, the idea or statement that there is an Ocean View is a false statement entirely! This is a first-floor unit, I'm 6'0 tall and on my tip toes I couldn't see the ocean. This is a Parking lot view room!

Last-minute getaway

My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days of rest after our daughter's wedding and this villa was exactly what we needed! The location to the beach, the ease of checkin and the size of the villa was perfect for the two of us! The only thing I have to say is the bed is right by the door, which I did not notice in the pictures, so if you are a light sleeper it might be a little loud. I personally did not, have any trouble with the sound/noise outside at all, LOL! We would definitely come back again!

HH Beach Getaway

This was our 3rd year staying at HH Beach & Tennis. We love it here! It is the perfect place for family or a couple getaway for the summer. Ocean Villa 137 was the perfect fit for my wife and I. We will definitely be back for another visit!

The perfect getaway!

My daughter and I took a road trip to Hiltonhead Island for a weekend getaway, just the two of us. The unit was very nice, comfortable, neat & clean, exactly as described. Great use of space & fabulous location on the property! We could not have asked for a more ideal place! Great pool, on the beach, tons of food options on property, plus tennis, pickle ball and bikes! We were very impressed with the place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

This condo is gorgeous, everything seems new. Location is almost right at the entrance to the pool and beach, so it made walks to the beach easy. We had one adult daughter with us-she stayed on the pull out couch. This worked fine for us. I think this is the perfect place for couples, and it was perfect for our 3 person family. One of the best condos we’ve stayed in at this resort!

Very Good vacation rental

Very Clean and updated. Partial view of the pool and ocean. Minutes walk to the beach. It was as advertised and would highly recommend. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed, as we cooked dinner one night out of the 5 nights that we stayed. There was 4 of us and the pull out couch was perfect for the kids. The beach out front was nice and quiet and we were happy with the restaurant on site.

Steps to Restaurants and the Beach & Pool

This unit was perfect for our family of 2. The unit is located at the back of the property and closest to the Private Beach entrance, Jamaica Joe's Restaurant and the swimming pool. The unit was very clean and appeared as described. Communication with Property Manager was fast and efficient. We will stay again.
