Surrounded by scenic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains in the La Quinta Cove, this desert home nestled within the Coachella Valley is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Unwind in the brand-new pool and spa, and get some sun while laying out in the newly redesigned courtyard. This open-concept interior features a full kitchen, modern furnishings, streaming natural light, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The Calming Cove is conveniently located to La Quinta Resort & Club (less than 1.5 miles), Empire Polo Club (music festivals, 10-minute drive), Indian Wells Tennis Garden (BNP Paribas Open, 15-minute drive), Old Town La Quinta (restaurants and shops, 2-minute drive), hiking trails (walking distance), Downtown Palm Springs (35 minute drive) Joshua Tree (50 minutes) and a seemingly endless number of Palm Springs/ Coachella Valley golf courses. Wrap-around amazing views of the Coachella Valley’s Santa Rosa Mountains and starry night skies, the La Quinta Cove neighborhood offers quick access to several city parks, number one rated in the nation mountain trails by Sunset Magazine, and the Fred Wolff Bear Creek Nature Preserve. Conveniently located close by is Old Town La Quinta which houses a variety of restaurants, shops, park, the La Quinta Library and farmer markets. Bike paths makes getting around the Cove even more fun.

House Rules:

• 🟤 (Very Important) Please keep voices low level due to the city of La Quinta’s Good Neighborhood Ordinance. If your group is in violation and fines are issued you will be responsible for paying all fines and violations which can be up to 5000 dollars depending on the violation. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
*There is a city ordinance in place at this time of no amplified music at any time. There is noise monitoring devices which read levels of noise and will notify us if there are high readings. The noise motoring device does not record or store any conversations. One is located near the pool area & the other inside the house.

• 🟤 (Very Important) After 10pm voices must be kept at a minimum due to city regulations.

• Please be mindful and responsible of taking care of the property and furnishings.

• Damage or stain furniture will result in forfeit to your deposit.

• 🟤 No parking in front of neighbors homes. Please park in our driveway or in front of the house.

• No more than 8 people on the property at a time.

• No more than 8 people overnight

• Sorry but no pets are allowed at property at this time. Fee will be applied if pets are found on the property.

• Children are welcome they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians at all times especially in the pool/spa.

• Please keep front door closed when going outside the pool area.

• Please keep all doors and windows closed when a/c is on.

• There are foldable tables and chairs in the garage for your convince just put them back when you’re done.

• This is a non smoking house. Please no smoking inside the house or near the artificial grass or pool.

• All used towels should go in the hamper in the laundry room.

• All trash should be collected and dispose of. Trash bins are located in side of the house near the garage.

• Before leaving please set the a/c at 80 degrees, don’t turn off the a/c.



Pool Rules:

• Do not touch any of the pool equipment on the side of the house. If there is evidence of tampering you will be charged. All controls needed for pool operation such as lights, spa jets and spa heater is located on the pillar near the patio sofa.

• I have remote access to pool equipment on my phone if you have trouble turning on the spa or lights you can text me and I’ll be happy to turn them on for you.

• Spa heater is complimentary however if you would like the pool heated it’s an extra charge of $85 per day and would need a day in advance to heat it up since it takes some time to heat up the whole pool.

• Please make sure to turn off all pool/spa lights and spa heater when you’re done. There will be a automatic timer set to turn off all pool/spa lights and heaters. However you can turn everything back on by using the four buttons on the pillar near the patio sofa.

• No glass of any kind at or around the pool. Any broken glass discovered will result in 100% of lose of deposit to cover the cost of draining and refilling the pool and spa so future guest won’t be in danger of cutting themselves. Non-glass cups will be provided for drinks near the pool.

• The home opens directly to the pool/spa is not gated so please watch over for people that can’t swim. The guest assumes responsibility to ensure safety. Guest accept full liability for any hazards/ injuries inside or around the property.

Please do not put any party confetti or colored substances in the pool.

The most important rule of all, live life, have fun and enjoy your house.

Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in fines and/or eviction of the property.

I grew up in the Coachella Valley. The desert is home and had amazing memories here growing up. I left the Coachella Valley for college and wanted to come back, buy a house here and share my awesome memories of the desert with others.

What makes this property unique

What drew me to get my home was the potential it had to becoming something greater. I customized this home keeping in mind of my future guests. I wanted something that they can come and relax too. In goggle maps you can still see how the house use to look.
