Up to two adults and two children can stay in this one-bedroom condominium apartment with full air conditioning. Our beachfront apartment is on the sixth floor and features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the living area and bedroom with views of Isla Verde's immaculate white sand beach. Sit back and let the soothing ocean breeze calm you.

The location of our condo on Isla Verde is ideal—near it's to everything. Uber offers transportation within the metro region. .The building is 30 feet from the beach. Every day, the temperature is 85 degrees. Mountains, rain forests, pristine beaches, and everything else you would need on a tropical island are close by.

It takes minutes to walk to the three restaurants and numerous nightclubs on the beach front. The party is frequently held on the sand and is fantastic for salsa dancing and people watching. The restaurants at Fairmont El San Juan and InterContinental hotels are walking distance. The "Water Beach Club” hotel is right around the corner if you want classy entertainment and fine cuisine.

Spend the day lounging on the beach or by the pool. This is a beautiful location with excellent amenities, whether you're searching for a weekend trip or a respite from the weather.

Food chains, upscale restaurants, casinos, and hotels are all nearby. 24-hour restaurants, 2 24-hour Drugstores: Farmica Caridad /Walgreens, a 24-hour grocery store, and ATMs are all within a block of each other.

There are historical sites, traditional architecture, and a wide variety of eateries in Old San Juan, which is only ten minutes away. Condado, which is nearby and includes upscale shopping and luxurious hotels. You can rent a car, take a short cab, or ride the city bus for 75 cents

Our condominium has 700 square feet, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeping four people, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleep sofa in the living area. Swimming pool and floor-level coin-operated laundry facility are included. A security guard is on duty 24 hours a day. Outside the condo's front door is the beach. On our building's lower level, there are three eateries. Families, couples getting married, and business travelers who want to unwind and have fun will love this property.

Great location

Property is conveniently located on the beach and a block away from restaurants; shops; and conveniences. Building is secure. Although the unit is dated, it is clean and very well equipped with all that you would need. Management was very attentive to any issues we encountered. The only word of caution is that the public beach is a noisy environment at all hours, especially weekends!

Great Beach Condo!

This beach condo was the perfect spot for my spouse and I to stay in for 4 weeks in January-February 2025. It's location is perfect, being just across the street from the condo. Iy's also in a perfect location near to a grocery store, casinos, restaurants, fast food, and public transportation. The owner was great! The property manager was very good! A home away from home!!!

Winter break

My wife and I rented here for a week in January. The location is great, you are close to a ton of restaurants and bars. It’s very easy to catch a ride to Old San Juan and it’s only about 15mins away. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Laundry is on the floor if you need to wash anything. The check in process was very easy and security in the lobby was very helpful.

Overall good experience

The property is older, but everything functions well. It was very clean when we arrived, and they even provided beach chairs, towels, and toys. The location is fantastic—right in front of the beach and within walking distance of pharmacies, a mini-market, and restaurants.During our stay, there was a power outage on the island, but the host quickly sent us a message with instructions on how to connect a long cord to a common outlet in the hallway to use the building’s generator to charge phones and other devices, which was very helpful.Overall, the experience was great, but I’d like to mention a few downsides: 1) Parking can be difficult, but it gets easier around 5-6 PM when most beachgoers leave. 2) The showerhead could be replaced. There's good water pressure, but the spray direction is awkward—it seems to aim in every direction except towards your body. It’s hard to explain. 3) The air conditioner works but is quite noisy. We didn't have trouble sleeping, but it could be an issue for some people. 4) I suggest the property manager review the laundry machine instructions. I struggled to figure out that I could recharge the card at a machine in the lobby. Also, the price listed is outdated; it now costs 7.00 per load (washer dryer).

So close to the beach walk out and on the beach

The property is older but everything worked. Clean, good bed and a lot of beach stuff. LOCATION is amazing just walk out the builing sits in front of a nice beach.

Location-location-location!!!

The location is ideal! 2 minute walk from the beach. 2 minute walk from the pharmacy that is almost a mini market! Many restaurants within walking distance. Condo had all basics covered. Nothing fancy mind you, just the basics. I wouldn't say the condo/apartment was run down, but i wouldn't say it was super nice either. My wife was very upset with the shower. She claimed the shower head was the very worst shower of her life. She make me promise I would add that to my review, so there it is. We rented a car, which was probably a mistake as there is not assigned parking for the car and the chances of getting a spot on the street in front of the Condo are minimal. Parking was around $30 -$40/day, so keep that in mind. I liked the trip and the scenery. It was a positive experience in my opinion.

Short trip for a few days

I needed nothing fancy and that is what I got. Location is close to the beach but the building is run down and shabby looking - could use some repairs and a paint job on the exterior. The neighborhood is walkable and I felt safe but I am a savvy NYer so at times it felt like being in The Bronx. The apartment is small but neat but the industrial gate on the apartment door suggests there might be some breakins happening in the building. I had to request a mattress topper for the hard as cardboard bed and gratefully the management company replaced it quickly with no problem at all. Next guests you will thank me 😉 - not sure how anyone slept there. Pullout couch was initially more comfortable than the bed but it wasn't good either so my sister wound up sleeping with me - luckily we didn't have more people with us 🙃. Overall it was just ok so I would not rent this place again.

Perfect Stay

My husband and I stayed at the property June 10-17. Our original stay was booked until the 15th but our flight was canceled and Dell was able to accommodate us. I read the reviews prior to staying at the property so I am going to be blunt. If you want a stay where someone greets you every time you walk in the door, or you can call a front desk for something DO NOT STAY HERE. However, if you looking for an affordable, beachfront condo this is your place. Everything was stocked towels, pots, pans etc. Check in was flawless. Excellent communication from the owner Dell and the property management company. The building is old and is walking distance to just about everything you could need. We had a great time!

Wonderful Host

Arrived in Puerto Rico and to this condo! Condo is right on the beach with a beautiful view and gorgeous sunset! Dell, the owner went out of his way to accommodate us a day before departure letting us check out late since our flight was delayed! I can’t thank him enough! Wonderful communication with Dell the owner. Everyone we have encounter has been so kind and helpful! If you don’t rent a car it’s not a problem an Uber will take 2 mins to arrive. Perfect location you will love it too! We will be back!!

Great space & location!

The listing for this rental is spot on - perfect size for the two of us in a great location. We didn't spend much time in, as we were all over the island, but it certainly served its purpose! We rented a car, and didn't have much trouble parking it on the street at night time (but spots are full all day due to the beach). Only downside was the bed was super hard - however that may be appealing to others! Overall, great experience. Will consider staying again for a few nights in the future.

Will Stay Again

We enjoyed our stay in Isla Verde 100% The property is in a geat location, everything in walking distance. We took the bus to Viejo San Juan and back. Be sure to eat at Mi Casita the mofongo was fenenominal. We made friends at the 24hr market across the street too. The property had everything we needed including chairs and cooler to take to the beach. I will say the security staff downstairs was not friendly at all but I won't let that change my rating. They basically ignored us as we came and went. They never spoke back when we greeted them. One guy gave us bad directions (on purpose I think) and one lady I asked a question and she pointed to what I needed and never said a word to me. And I asked in SPANISH!!! But.... the neighbors were friendly and our stay and trip was awesome. We'd definitely stay here again.
