Top-Floor Condo at Gulf Shores Plantation West with Gulf View Balcony & Loft

BRAND NEW LISTING IN FORT MORGAN!!!
Located in the Gulf Shores Plantation West community, our top-floor (3rd floor) two-bedroom/two-bath (with a loft) condo is just a quick stroll to private beach access! The Plantation West complex has two beautiful outdoor pools and a hot tub for you to enjoy. And, there is a grill for you to use and a beach volleyball court! The kids will love that! We have an elevator to take you to our third floor unit, an ice machine for your ice chests and a laundry room to use. You can use coins or credit card for the washers and dryers. You also have access to the tennis courts, outdoor pools, gym, sauna and indoor hot tub next door at The Dunes. There is no access to the indoor pool yet. The owners of this unit are on a waiting list for this amenity.

This condo sleeps up to ten guests between two bedrooms, the loft and the sofa sleeper (six adults and four children max). The master bedroom provides a queen bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a TV. And, the adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. We have a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room for two people to sleep on! The kitchen is nicely stocked and we provide a standard coffee maker as well as a Keurig. We can seat 4 at the dining table and 2 at the kitchen bar.

Just down the road is the world-class Kiva Dunes Golf Course if you plan to play some golf on vacation! Or visit the Fort Morgan Historic Site to learn the history of this area. It is a National Historic Site that is worth checking out! And, it's also a quick drive to the heart of all the Gulf Shores attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

Great Vacation
This was our 8th year coming to stay at Plantation West, first time in this unit and with this property mgmt company. If you have never stayed at Plantation West it is wonderful! Private Beach, assortment of clean pools and other amenities. This units kitchen was very well stocked compared to other units. Lots of pans, dishes, etc. The mgmt company was very helpful, door was coded was a code (some units still have keys you have to keep track of) they emailed check in and check out instructions quickly with easy instructions and sent a list of “favs/places to go”. We already have our favs figured out but this would be very nice for first time guests. Thanks for a great vacation!

Gulf Summer Trip
We loved the condo, the elevator and rolling carts made it easy to get to the third story condo. The ice machine was also very helpful! The condo was great, the rooms were spacious and had plenty of sleeping space. The owners were helpful and easy to get ahold of if we had questions, great stay, would definitely stay again!

Great location!
This is the second time we have stayed at this resort. The first time in this unit. We love it here. Not super crowded, plenty of room in the pools, grills and laundry room. Really wish laundry was included. It is a distance to town but a Dollar Store is close by with a restaurant on the property. Overall, great place! Short walk to the beach.
