Bring your boat and tie up behind the house, where you'll be less than 5 minutes to the inter coastal waterway, less than 20 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. Boat trailer parking is available. The Oriole Beach Boat Ramp is 1 mile away, and 2 marinas with fuel are within a 5 min boat ride. Power and water at the dock, and there’s even a lower dock landing for the kayaker or paddle boarder. If you decide not to trailer your boat, rent a boat! Pensacola Pontoons will deliver a boat right to our dock. Just say when and they will get it delivered.

Guest Access:
Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking for the property manager to coordinate meeting you at the property upon your arrival. All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on day of arrival.
Garage is locked and for owners use only and will not be assessable to guest. 

AREA INFORMATION: Located in a very quiet golf course community and is a great place for a family vacation. Grocery stores and pharmacies are less then 5 min away.

Here’s what to expect:
Your vacation property is supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.

All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.

Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 5:00PM
Check-out time: 10:00AM These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. 

Important Information:
There is a Ring doorbell security camera at the front door.
Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old. 
There is absolutely NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the home or on the property. 
No pets are allowed.
No parties are allowed.
Please be mindful of your neighbors, all are full-time residents, and some have lived here for over 30 years.
For the safety and privacy of all concerned, and out of respect for the neighbors, it is important that all renters and their guests to not go on adjacent properties. Do not trespass on neighbor's property or dock.
We request that Guests be considerate of the neighbors with their noise and activities.

Other things to note:
While we recognize the very real need for Emotional Support Animals, unfortunately, we must decline all pets.
In the interest of caution, and the well-being of guests with pet allergies, we unfortunately have to request that our guests refrain from bringing any and all animals into the residence.

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Free cancellations up to 14 days of your arrival date.
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – CSA Travel Protection Insurance. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. You can view this brochure at http://www.vacationrentalinsurance.com.
