Bring your furry friends (well-trained and under 30lbs) along for an exciting vacation. Pet/s are charged a pet fee specific cleaning fee of $200. Only one pet per reservation is allowed. Long stays with pets require additional cleanings every 14 days.
All pets need to be disclosed and approved. Please don't leave them unattended unless they are in a crate. Excessive hair, scratches, and other damage will result in additional fees. Failure to clean up after pets will result in additional fees.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Parking on South Patrick street (outside of building) is usually available. The sign states 2 hr parking, however, it is not being enforced. However, parking is enforced for street sweepers March through October 9am -11am.
