All pets need to be disclosed and approved. Please don't leave them unattended unless they are in a crate. Excessive hair, scratches, and other damage will result in additional fees. Failure to clean up after pets will result in additional fees.

Parking on South Patrick street (outside of building) is usually available. The sign states 2 hr parking, however, it is not being enforced. However, parking is enforced for street sweepers March through October 9am -11am.

Really loved the stay here. Location couldn't be any better. Close to everything in Old town and the trails around. The host was super communicative and I had no questions at all throughout the process. I didn't quite figure out how to best work the AC- only request is maybe a few instructions on that to make sure the guest can keep the room as cool/warm as they want. I found it a bit on the warmer side even though it was showing 61 degrees. Other than that it was fantastic.

Very clean apartment in central location in beautiful Alexandria
The apartment is perfect for a business stay with all the required facilities - fast wifi, comfortable bedroom / lounge, table area with good light and decent coffee machine! 10-15 mins walk from Trader Joes or Wholefoods, similar distance to the river front and lots of restaurants near by - but not so close to be noisy. The only downside is the apartment is close to a relatively busy road and at the weekend it can be a bit noisy so worth taking ear plugs. After the first night (Friday) I got used to it. Host was very communicative and responsive.

Hope we get to stay here again!
We had a wonderful weekend staying in this apartment. The location is absolutely perfect if you're looking to spend time in Alexandria, DC and surrounding areas. We were able to very easily walk around the Old Town area as well as to and from the Metro to get into the city. Parking was even easier than expected. The apartment itself is perfect for a 1 or 2 person stay for the weekend or longer - cozy but spacious enough for comfort. Plus the bed was super comfy! Everything was very clean and communication from the host was excellent. I would absolutely book here again if we are heading back to the area as it met our needs perfectly. Thank you!

Walking in Old Town
Great location in Old Town. Makes for an easy walk to the waterfront and all the great restaurants Old Town has to offer. Easy walk from the Metro as well. The apartment was super clean, modern (in an old space), and well provisioned.

Comfortable and cozy
The apartment was a little smaller than expected but it was big enough for my husband and I. I had a bit of a hard time getting the heater going because I am not familiar with split AC (the temp was 40⁰) so I messaged the owner and I got an immediate response with a instructional video. After the apartment warmed up, it was so cozy I didn't want to leave!

A short trip to Alexandria
My wife and I really loved the location. We were a block off the main street in Old Town Alexandria and had a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Ten minute walk to metro and only ten minutes the other direction to the waterfront/torpedo factory. Place was clean, secure, and parking was easy! Would love to come back!

My Boyfriend and I live in different states and Alexandria has become our half way point to meet. Not only do we enjoy that city but this place was a perfect fit for us. It’s super close to downtown old Alexandria, parking was easy, walking distance to everything, just loved it. Place was cozy and cute. We absolutely adored this place. Will be back for sure ❤️

Great but hot
The building was in a great location and the unit was neat and kind of cute but hot. The air conditioning was a mini split instead of central air. It did a decent job of keeping the sitting and sleeping area cool, but the kitchen was very hot if you actually wanted to cook anything, which we did. I will say the owner's were exceptionally available and even sent a maintenance person over to check the air conditioning. I am not sure if it was the air conditioner or user error, so I will not hold that against them. Overall, great for the location and price.
