We love visiting my best friend in Winona but my family has outgrown the capacity to stay in her home when visiting. The Broadway Exchange was perfect for us. We will be back many times.
This was our third stay and we love this location. Really appreciated the holiday decorating at the residence. We love this house and it is close to locations we like to frequent. Thank you!
We were very happy with location of property for activities we needed. Well cared for property. It felt very much like home. Great stay and we will use again.
This property had all that we needed for our stay in Winona for a family reunion. Kitchen had all that we needed to prepare and bring a dish to share! Easy access to property and great communication with owner.
My girlfriends and I loved the Broadway Exchange. Prior to our stay, the questions I asked about the property were answered quickly, the place was very clean and well stocked with essentials such as towels. The beds were comfy too! We’d definitely book the property again!
Stayed for WSU Dance Event. Location ideal for our needs. Walked to Bloedows and Qwik Trip. Also close to downtown- Acoustic Cafe & Two Fathoms Brewery. House was clean and comfortable. Our second stay at this residence in 2 months. Great stay.
Lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable home. We appreciated the modern amenities and design elements mixed with the lasting beauty and historical charm of the home.
We loved staying here. The house is beautiful. Close to lots of restaurants and an excellent bakery. We had a friends weekend away and found everything to be very comfortable for 7. There is only mealtime seating for 8, and it is in two rooms, something to keep in mind if you have a big group, but it worked just fine for us. Beds were really comfy, and they had lots of blankets. Kitchen had everything we needed. 2 bathrooms was a must for us and much appreciated, but we did notice a lack of water pressure downstairs if water was running elsewhere. Everything was cozy and well done. We would come back!
This property was fantastic and well equipped. We were delighted. There are some cleaning details that could improve, coffee pot was not properly cleaned, lots of dusty webs in the back of porch, baseboards, trim, etc. A little attention to detail on the cleaning would be advised. But I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!
We had a lovely time at the Broadway Exchange. It was like taking a step back in time, but with all the modern amenities. Really nicely updated - great tile, kitchen, furniture all top notch!
Bloedows bakery (walking distance) has amazing donuts and Kwik Trip is also walkable if you need anything.
Only issue we had was that the weekend was REALLY hot (90+ during the day) and the AC doesn't really get upstairs with the old duct work. We slept with the windows open, but it was pretty warm.
Loved everything else about the house & the hosts though...great stay.
Loved the house. It was cute, clean and updated. It was in the high 80’s and 90’s while in Winona, and the AC cooled downstairs, but upstairs was very warm. The AC unit in the back bedroom, only cooled that room. Limited kitchen supplies. But all in all it served our needs well.
