During the warmer months, head out to the adjacent upper balcony where you can take in the magical waterfront views and enjoy a meal al fresco. The lower level offers a second living room, perfect for when you just can’t agree on what to watch. The formal dining area opens to the lower patio complete with a propane grill and outdoor seating. This level also has a queen bedroom (note, there is no door) and a full bathroom.
