We had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities that came with the property including a golf cart to go to the lake where the kayak and SUP boards were stored. We enjoyed family games and the puzzles and evenings in the hot tub. Highly recommend this property.
Lovely big spacious clean home. There was a golf cart to use, which was a fun way to get to the lake to fish and kayak. Kevin was a great host and very responsive to all our questions about the area and what to do.
I took my wife and two kids (7 & 2) for a weekend getaway to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. This house was perfect. We had ample room, enjoyed the big kitchen and our kids loved all the toys, games, and activities on site— especially the karaoke machines. The house was very clean and about 20 minutes to what seemed like every location. We had a great stay.
We had a LOVELY stay at this house for 5 days/4 nights. The kids favorite things were the pool table and the kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Mom and Dad's favorite things were the huge clean house with powerful a/c and the relaxing hot tub. The house had everything we needed and was super comfortable and clean. The owners were so nice and helpful, they welcomed us in person and gave us tips on where to go. We would definitely love to come here again!
"Thou shalt not covet," but this house makes it hard....
Man, this house was great. We had a blast. Yes, it was July, it was hot, but the house stayed cool and the pool table and other amenities kept us entertained. The road was quiet enough we could walk the dog to the water. She was VERY excited to see the deer throughout the day. Can we go back tomorrow???
Pros: amenities- hot tub, paddleboards, kayaks, games, all bedrooms had en suites, plenty of room, great outdoor spaces, kitchen had most items needed, golf cart to use, house was very clean!
Cons: no beach towels (surprising with the hot tub and water sports), bathroom towels limited and one set was very dingy and old, LARGE wasp nest over the garage, had issues with door handles and limited response from owners (never came to check on it).
Overall, would rent again (and would bring own beach and bath towels).

Lovely Property, But Our Stay Fell Short
We stayed here in late March, drawn in by glowing reviews & a long list of amenities. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet expectations. Before arrival, the host let us know the hot tub had an issue they had attempted to fix the previous weekend, & it might not be functional for our stay. Disappointing, but we figured we’d enjoy the many other advertised amenities instead. I also inquired about renting the pontoon boat, but learned it hadn’t been serviced yet & was unavailable. If boat rentals are seasonal, that’s understandable—but it should definitely be mentioned in the listing to set expectations clearly. The house itself is beautiful & spacious, but cleanliness was disappointing: moldy coffee grounds in the pot, dirty dishes in the cabinets, a seltzer can full of cigarette butts on the porch, & pool chemical bottles left in the yard near the swing set—something I had to clean up myself with a toddler in tow. Some bathrooms had soap & towels; others didn’t.The gas-powered golf cart was difficult to start, & helpful instructions were only given after I messaged. The upstairs AC didn’t work during unseasonably hot weather, & the host didn’t respond for over 24 hours—with no solution offered. We opened windows, but many had something broken which caused the top window panes to crash down when unlatched—not safe at all.The home has real potential and might be wonderful in peak season, but our stay was frustrating and fell short of what the listing promised.
The house was very nice we really enjoyed it. There were lots of lake toys and yard toys. There were tons of movies to choose from and lots of games to play. The foosball table and pool table were nice. It was a great place to stay with lots of room.
