The mountains of Northern Utah are calling and our newly built Park City luxury townhome is the perfect basecamp for your adventures. Stunning lake and mountain views are out every window. This brand-new 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is extremely well-appointed & is conveniently located 10-15 minutes from Deer Valley Ski Resort, Park City Resorts, & Main Street. We offer Stand Up Paddleboards (SUPs) and snowshoes for use guest use. After a great day out, relax in the hot tub or on either of the decks to savor the sunset. We grew up in Northern Utah and love this area. We are stoked you'll be exploring it too.

This brand-new home is fully furnished with high-end modern amenities and your group will have everything you need to come and go with ease. The main suite bathroom has dual shower heads, a steam shower option, heated floors, and a massage chair for total rest and relaxation. There are device charging stations in every room. You'll enjoy two separate living areas with TVs and seating in each so that your group can split up however you need to. Upstairs, there are board games, Legos, and an arcade machine with thousands of video games.

We have two Stand Up Paddleboards (SUPs), a few sets of snow shoes, and snow sleds available for guest use.

Spectacular Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley Mountain views are out every west-facing window and patio door. Main floor ceilings are 9ft (2.7m) tall and upstairs ceilings are 14ft (4.3m) in some areas with stunningly tall windows to match, turning virtually every space in the home into a scenic viewpoint. We've spent many an evening on the deck watching the sunset on the snowy peaks and we know you'll savor those moments too. The home has a private hot tub on the back patio. Though you will not share the hot tub with anyone else, it is in view of other units in the neighborhood.

MAIN BEDROOM SUITE
An absolute dream suite with lovely western views of Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley Mountain. Plus, an adjustable king bed, soft linens, ceiling fan, blackout shades, deck access, Smart TV, and an adjoining bathroom to die for. The heated bathroom floors are always warm and welcoming. The shower has dual heads and also has a steam function. Activate the steam feature and you can turn the shower into a steam room for ultimate relaxation and detoxing. The toilet is separate in the commode room and the master closet has its own Osaki massage chair. We love the zero-gravity position with high intensity to soothe sore muscles.

INDOOR LIVING
The home features two separate living spaces on the second and third floors. Both have seating and QLED Smart TVs for when you want to get cozy inside. The main floor living room also has a fireplace and connects to the kitchen and outside to the deck. The upstairs living area also has a QLED Smart TV with additional seating plus games and other entertainment.

Free Wi-Fi included along with Bluetooth audio in the living rooms. There are Smart TVs in both living spaces and in three bedrooms.

KITCHEN
Cook and enjoy your meals with ease enjoying stunning mountain views out the sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas range, center island/breakfast bar, cooking essentials, spice rack, utensils & knives, toaster, blender, waffle maker, coffeemakers (french press and traditional drip coffee machine), coffee grinder, tea kettle, complimentary coffee/tea available.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Main Floor Bedroom Suite (#1): Adjustable king bed with soft white linens, Smart TV, amazing views, deck access, blackout shades, spectacular ensuite bathroom

Upstairs Bedroom Suite (#2): King bed with soft white linens, the best views in the home of the nearby lake and mountains, attached bathroom, Smart TV, blackout shades, deck access, connects via the bathroom to Bedroom #3

Upstairs Bedroom (#3): The bunkroom. One (1) full bed over two (2) twin beds. Attached bathroom with a connection to bedroom #2.

Upstairs Bedroom (#4): Queen bed with office chair and desk, spectacular views, blackout shades, deck access, Smart TV.

Upstairs Living Area: Queen sleeper sofa

6 total beds in 4 bedrooms, plus the sleeper sofa for a 7th bed.

Additional Sleeping: inflatable mattress

OUTDOOR LIVING
The brand-new hot tub on the back patio is another way to unwind after your adventures. Relax on either of the west-facing decks and bask in stunning lake and mountain views. We love seeing the sunrise above Jordanelle Reservoir in the morning and then watching the sun fade above Deer Valley Mountain in the evenings. The upper of the two decks stays relatively snow-free in the winter and with patio heaters fired up, it is our first choice for being comfortable outdoors in the colder times. On the back patio next to the hot tub, you can use the Traeger smoker/grill. We have outdoor games available: spike ball, ring toss, huge Jenga, etc. In the winter, we love playing those games in the garage. During the summer guests can use our SUPs and in the winter snow shoes and sleds are available.

GENERAL
Extra soft towels/linens, front-load washer & dryer, complimentary laundry/dish detergent, central heating and AC with a dual-zone feature which means the top two floors stay the right temperature always, extra space heaters, high chair, Pack 'n Play, outdoor and indoor games, complimentary toiletries, keypad entry, free WiFi.

All linens and towels are washed with hypoallergenic detergent that has no dyes or perfumes. Please let us know if you have any allergies or conditions that we should be aware of.

PARKING
Guests have full garage access with room for 2 vehicles, the driveway also fits 2 vehicles. The max limit is 4 vehicles as there is no street or community parking at this time.

EV CHARGING
There is a level 2 ChargePoint charger installed in the garage that can charge up to 50amps. Teslas need an adapter.
