Fully equipped with a home gym, chef’s kitchen, pool table, media room, vaulted ceilings, outdoor shower, this cabin offers the utmost serenity for your Appalachian Mountain adventure. After a day of outdoor activity, head back for a relaxing night in with friends & family.

Note on Taxes (New for 2025):
New York State now adds both occupancy and sales tax to short-term rentals, raising the total tax rate to around 15% (up from 4%). To help offset this, we’ve removed our cleaning fee and are doing our best to keep nightly rates fair and accessible. Thanks for understanding and supporting small hosts like us!

How To Spend Christmas Together

Our family is like many other families, we all live in different parts of the country. We all decided to spend this Christmas (2024) together. Unfortunately our home was not suitable for everyone to stay. My wife and I found this beautiful and cozy house. It was exactly what we all wanted and needed to have a memorable Holiday. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and to enjoy being together. This house gave us exactly what it says it offers, Love.

Perfect Family Vacation House

Our family had such an amazing time at this cozy, spacious cabin! The large kitchen had all the amenities and space we needed to cook big family meals, and the living room had plenty of couches for everyone to take their cozy naps by the fireplace. We really enjoyed how there was something for everyone in the house; we never even left the property during our four-day stay. Brian was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay as well. We'll certainly be coming back to this special place for our next family vacation!

Family fun weekend

Hosts Brian and Zach were fantastic! We had a little trouble getting into the property and they responded immediately. We lost power and they had it back on within 10 minutes. The property was beautiful inside and out. Family members are looking to book again. Thank you Brain & Zach!

We call our vacation home - Cabin Charadora. It's a combination of our pups name's Charlie and Isadora. We've spent the past 6-years remodeling our home to make it the perfect destination for your family and friends.

Why they chose this property

This place is so special to us, and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do. It’s the perfect place to relax, feast and enjoy time with friends and family. There’s also plenty to do in the surrounding area, including some fantastic restaurants, breweries, and local shops.

What makes this property unique

We immediately fell in love with the outdoors and privacy this home offers. We instantly got to work - by creating tons of gardens, planted an apple orchard - installed solar power, just to name a few. We love to walk on the trails around the property. We built an outdoor shower and enjoy it most at sunset - when you can soap up while taking in the views of the ravine and sunset. The inside is just as stunning and is full of place to hang out or spend time with friends and family.
