The home is in close proximity to some of the best dining that the 30A has to offer, including Mimmo's, Basmati's, and Red Fish Taco.

The home's entryway offers a great relaxation spot with its deep porch and pair of very comfortable glide rockers. The main floor of the home offers a spacious living/dining/kitchen space as well as a stylish office nook with dedicated seating and lighting, and a first-floor powder room.
The dining area hosts seating for eight for more formal occasions, while the large, L-shaped kitchen island hosts an additional six seats at the wrap-around breakfast bar.
The kitchen is built for guests who enjoy cooking, replete with upgraded appliances and utensils throughout. There is plentiful crockery and kitchenware, as well as serving platters and plates, a wall-mounted pot filler, a gas range, a dual coffee maker, and a large walk-in pantry. The kitchen also offers kid's dinnerware.
The roomy living area has plenty of comfortable seating as well as a brand-new, 75-inch smart TV - perfect for movie nights or gathering for the big game. The living room cabinet also holds family board games should you wish to enjoy them.
Just off the home's living room is access to the home's covered and screened-in back porch, complete with smart TV, seating, and access out to the home's backyard. The backyard is a great gathering spot, sporting a fire pit, seating for six, fairy lights hung overhead, and a premium gas grill.
Heading upstairs, the second floor is comprised of four generously-sized bedrooms all with king beds. Bedroom one offers an additional workspace area with an electronic, height-adjustable desk. Bedroom two comes with a full, private en suite. Heading down the hallway past bedroom three and an additional full bathroom is the laundry room, which comes with built-in cabinet space and premium, full-size washer and dryers.
Past the laundry room is the home's master bedroom, comprised of a massive living quarter with an additional day bed and private, screened-in back porch with seating. The master bathroom is equally large, with a walk-in rain shower, double vanity, and bathtub. Just off the bathroom is a large walk-in closet available for guest use.
The home comes with an upgraded Wi-Fi package, custom plantation shutters throughout, as well as Smart TVs in every bedroom. The home's TVs are all connected to the home's premium streaming package, which is offered by YouTube TV so you can watch all your favorite local channels and sporting events.

The home provides a brand-new, six-seater Club Car electric golf cart, plenty of beach gear (beach chairs, beach toys, a skim board, and body boards, a beach wagon, etc.), an outdoor shower, towels (excluding beach towels), hair dryers, fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, iron and ironing board, and cooking utensils.
The home can accommodate up to three cars on the driveway, and an additional car in the garage next to the golf cart. The garage also hosts four beach bikes, which are available for guest use as well as an additional fridge/freezer if you need additional space to hold drinks and snacks for heading out to the beach.
The community pool comes with a waterfall and is seasonally heated. There is also a hot tub, gazebo, community dining and grilling Area, and 360-observation tower.

The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.
Only persons over the age of 21 who have signed the golf cart liability waiver are permitted to operate the home's golf cart.
Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.
This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.
This home is strictly non-smoking.
The community does not allow street parking.
Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.
This home is equipped with exterior video monitoring - a video camera and doorbell camera.
