In total, the three apartments have 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 16 people. Additionally, each unit is located on a different level of the building, providing privacy and a unique view of the city.

Each of the apartments has large balconies to enjoy the sun and fresh air. They all have air conditioning in all rooms so that you feel comfortable at all times. You will also find individual beds that can be converted into a double bed, which makes these apartments ideal for groups of friends or families.

In addition, each apartment has its own kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. They also have high-speed internet so you can stay connected at all times.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through Fliphaus, take a taxi, or rent a car. Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
