My family has been winter visitors to Green Turtle Cay for more that 30 years. Following the Dorian Hurricane, we purchased this home that adjoins our family compound Sandy Bay for our personal residence. We did a complete renovation including all mechanical aspects to make the Pink Bikini a fun and comfortable home for friends, family and guests.
Our summers are spent in Saugatuck, MI where have been lifelong residents and work as charter fishermen, owning and operating Best Chance Charter Fishing and as a broker in the real estate industry

Why they chose this property
The Pink Bikini offers nice furnishings, great pillow top beds, generator, water purification system, docking with 30 amp service and water, and fenced yard all in a central location close to town. French doors open to the wide deck overlooking the yard and Black Sound. If booking only Bikini Bottom in January, February and March, owners may be residing upstairs. Pink Bikini Island Cottage may be booked as a whole house rental if interested and available during spring, summer and fall. VRBO ID 2260729
