About this property
KëR Nibissawe: Villa with a resort style pool at guarded residence by the beach
KËR NIBISSAWE is a comfortable and calm villa with a spacious pool 300 yards away from the shoreline of Kabrousse sitting in the peaceful guarded community of La Palmeraie. The property provides tranquility and a safe environment with its 24hr per day security on site. It houses up to 4 guests per stay.
The little village of KABROUSSE has nothing to envy from its bigger brother Cap Skirring a few miles away, you'll find its quietness and charm a treat to behold amongst its friendly local population. Conveniently located between sea, sand dunes, small river beds and forests the neighborhood of La Palmeraie is a place of convergence of fishermen, beach goers and kids and elders living in harmony alongside its sandy little paths. Beyond its quietness you'll also find all you need on foot: little grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, street vendors and farmers offering their goods. Mornings at La Palmeraie always start with women passing by our doors with fresh fruits and produce locally grown.
-KËR NIBISSAWE is a non smoking property - It's strictly prohibited to smoke inside the house.
-The house has a single main bedroom with a queen bed and a couch which can be used as a sleeping area if needed.
-The living room is equipped with two lounging couches which serve as comfy beds at night with all beddings inside their individual baskets.
-Both living areas have AC units. Both units have AC cords you will need to plug in into the wall outlets upon arrival. They are very silent but being small "spilt-type" units they must be turned off upon leaving the house so they don't over heat.
-The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a stove with gas cooktops, and an electric coffee machine. The fridge must be set to "3" to work at its best.
-Both the stove and the cooktops work with butane gas. You will find the butane container under the sink which needs to be turned on to be used.
-The bathroom, toilet, and laundry room are only accessible via the bedroom.
-The laundry machine must be plugged inside the bedroom outlet thanks to its extension cord. There are no AC outlets inside the bathroom and the laundry area.
-There is a keyed safe available which you can use as you wish. Please leave the key inside upon leaving the house at the end of your stay.
-Towels, hand soap, toilet paper, butane gas, and dish soap are provided.
A lock box is attached to the kitchen window alongside the side wall of the house - A code to open it will be send to you before your arrival so you can have access to the key of the house. Upon departure at the end of your stay it's important to make sure you put the key back into the lock box and close it (you will need to shuffle the 4 digits once its locked).
