Great stay for daughter's graduation weekend

The house was perfect for us, would definitely stay there again when in the area. Very clean and had all of the necessary kitchen items we needed to cook a meal.

Fantastic home and Neighborhood

My Grand Daughter and I had a great stay. Hosts are quick to respond. Home is Clean and very Comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and it is located very central to everything.

Lovely and convenient guesthouse

I enjoyed my week-long stay at the Lorimer Guesthouse. The house was spacious and comfortable and located very conveniently near the beltline/I-440. I will stay there again whenever I need a place in the area!

Great spot

We enjoyed our stay at your property. Loved the quiet neighborhood and convenient location to NC State for Family Weekend and football game. A quick note that the front screen door knob was jammed. Would love to stay there again. Do you have availability for three nights on May 2-4?

Great Home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is as listed, and felt even more spacious once inside. We really appreciated the communication of the owners. They really went an extra mile to ensure we had a great time--- the epitomy of hospitality! The neighborhood is lovely. We saw a lot of people walking around, enjoying the local park, and you're just minutes from shopping. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Lovely hosts and a great home.

Bad Carpet, Cockroach Traps, and Faulty Bed Frames

I checked in with my spouse and two young kids and instantly was surprised by the dinginess of the carpet and the alarming number of pest traps around the house. While my spouse was reading to my small child the bed frame collapsed. This is an old bed frame that clearly had wear and tear. Thank god no one was hurt but we are now being charged 700 because they claimed they had to take it off market for 3 weeks to fix even though getting a bed frame can happen overnight. Regardless of the terrible incident my spouse and child had to deal with, the overall house was very dingy. Would not recommend. Also get some pest control.
