Perfect stay

We loved our stay at Elaine’s. The apartment is very comfortable including the bed. We enjoyed the view from the deck. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. Check in and communication were great. Walkable to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Bridge View Apartment

The Bridge View Apartment was everything we hoped it would be. Convenient to the harbor and village, comfortable with a pleasant view of the waterfront and Newport Bridge. Our Host was great. We hope to return next summer.

Perfect location within short walking distance to East Ferry Landing to pickup ferry rides to Newport. Apartment had cool retro kitchen fixtures. AC in bedroom cooled entire apartment with two ceiling fans. Apartment loked like it was recently renovated.

Short Stay Prior to Newport 10 Miler

Great location - wish I could've stayed longer. Cozy spot with beautiful views. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Elaine communicated well before and during my stay. Not sure I'll be tackling that race again but would love to stay again if spending a weekend in the area.

Very nice

Although I was there for less than 24 hours, a very nice apartment. Wish I had had more time to enjoy the space and explore the area. A first-class rental, for sure.

What a gem!

The apartment is perfect. Has everything you need including an incredible bridge view. Park your car and walk to everything - restaurants, shops, the waterfront. The host Elaine was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

A retreat

The apartment and view were spectacular! Elaine was great. I was visiting Jamestown for a difficult family situation and this apartment was a retreat for me at the end of each day. I will definitely be back!

Lovely getaway in Jamestown

Adorable little apartment with incredible views of the water and the bridge. Day or night were equally beautiful. Excellent location with easy walking distance to the heart of Jamestown. Everything at your fingertips for a wonderful getaway. Property was clean, well appointed. Elaine made everything easy but allowed us our privacy making it feel like our very own space. If you’re coming to the Jamestown area and want to be near the center of town this is the place!

Lovely stay for a wedding

The location and views cannot be beat. The photographs don’t do it justice. The place was so lovely. I would go back for a week! Elaine was so nice too - we got quite the weather overnight and she lent me her umbrella as I was heading to a wedding and was unprepared for rain.

Great stay in Jamestown

This is a wonderful apartment, located within walking distance to restaurants and the ferry to Newport, with a beautiful view from the small deck and lovely gardens. Elaine was a very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Very nice place, host with a huge temper issue

The apartment is lovely. Beautiful views and location. Unfortunately the owner/host has an anger management issue. We misunderstood where to park and early the following morning the owner came to the door and screamed at us hurling insults and pure, unadulterated rage. No apology was forthcoming. If you’re hoping for a relaxing, peaceful getaway we’d suggest you look elsewhere.

This truly blew me away! The pictures do not do this place justice it is the cutest quietest cottage! We loved waking up to the sunrise over the water to enjoy coffee on the deck while the birds chirp. Could not recommend this more, the perfect place for a couple's get away! Elaine is lovely and so helpful! BOOK THIS :)

Perfect in every way...

is the only way to describe this property and it's host! The location is amazing, the apartment impeccable and the host the epitomy of gracious hospitality! Located a 15 minute ride to Newport and a short walk to the lovely village center of Jamestown with it's ferry, great eateries. lovely shops and waterfront beauty, this completely furnished studio including outdoor spaces provided a beautiful, comfortable and renewing space for a stay in the Newport area. The host truly has the gift of hospitality and went above and beyond to make sure our every need was accomodated. We are very much looking forward to staying here many times in the future!
