Dean and Amanda Trevelino live in Atlanta and divide their travel between their Nosara, Costa Rica home and other destinations around the world. This love of modern minimalism is reflected in this newly built "Hestia" design, the first in this community of all -modern homes resting above the world famous Ostional beaches.
Why they chose this property
Ostional, the world famous Ridley Turtle destination, offers guests the amazing opportunity to drive 7 minutes to its quiet beach to see first hand baby turtle nesting. Interested in checking out some of the best yoga and surfing outside of Hawaii, head to Nosara. Looking for some night life, Playa Guiones and Playa Pelada offer more than you can do in a week or two. And of course, hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, all easily accessible.

This newly built two-bedroom separates guests from the stressful lifestyle of home, to a chill getaway in the hills above Ostional.
