Wonderful!

The location was amazing. The deck with the hot tub right on the river was wonderful and we had Elk come right up. Overall it could use some updates (towels, bathroom areas, etc) but that doesn’t count against being 5 star for the price and location.

Gorgeous scenery 👌

Loved the stay. They should get a new bbq and bolt in the bathroom/shower rails better. Over all we absolutely loved the place.

Great location

This cabin is in a great location!! Right down the road from the national park and from the main area of town! The cabin itself was very clean and open and the relaxing sound of the stream right behind it was wonderful!!

Annual Family Girls Trip

We stayed at this property a few years ago and loved the charm of the cabin, great atmosphere and sound of the river. All those things are still a part of the experience of staying here. Our only negative comment is that the property is in need of some maintenance and updating. We still would return here; it’s a great cabin!

Worked well for our family of 7

Nice property, big enough for everyone to have a bed. Fixtures a bit dated, but it does have a nice hot tub. Must have a small water heater, because only half of us could take a warm shower after rafting or using the hot tub.

Estes Park Trip

Great location, very pretty house with good bones, but the property is in need of maintenance, and the property manager was unavailable when we needed them.

Beautiful log home on the river

This was a beautiful and very functional house. Hot tub and grill were great to have. Right on the river. My only complaint is that the pictures do not do it justice. Someone needs to fully capture the beauty of this house with better pictures on the website.

I'd Stay Again

This place was spacious, clean and in a fantastic location. The layout was great and the kitchen was huge and well stocked. We had a chemical issue with the hot tub the first night and it was taken care of the next day (although it took a second phone call). To check in, you need to go to a different location which is a minor inconvenience and, in my opinion, not necessary since you get in with a code and not a key.

Relaxing creekside mountain getaway

Cabin is spacious and ideally located for access to RMNP and Estes Park. Surface cleaning was excellent but cabin needs a deep clean of rafters, light fixtures and windows. Hot tub was not clean when we arrived and is need of repair( ie new filter ). Property manager was very responsive and sent someone out to clean filter and replace water. Safety issue: rotten Planks on front deck were a trip hazard and handrail over soapdish coming out of wall. In .master bath.tv instructions would have been appreciated. And for the love ofwine, some decent glasses would have been appreciated. We had a great time!! Overall shabby for the price!!!

Beautiful spot, amazing location

I stayed here with my friend and our adult daughters (and one baby) for a girls weekend. The cabin is very comfortable inside with plenty of space for everyone! The large deck has gorgeous views and we spent a lot of time there. It is close to downtown and Cinnamon’s Bakery is within walking distance. This was our third visit to Estes Park and we all agreed it was the best house so far! The only downside was that we had to stop by the property office to pick up the keys, but there was no key, just an entry code. After a long day of traveling it just seemed unnecessary to have to stop when they could have texted or emailed the instructions. Everything else was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again! The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to requests as well!
