The space
This is a cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath house.
Canyon lake is only a few minutes away, so you can bring your own boat or jet skis to use. There is parking available for your boat and vehicle.

The house is also located only 30 minutes from the historic city of Gruene, TX where you can find excellent shopping, restaurants, waterfront access to the Guadalupe River and Texas' oldest dance hall, Gruene Hall.

Whether you choose to explore the scenic Texas Hill country, or have a quiet night in, you will be sure to have lots of adventure and enjoyment.

We also offer flat screen tvs so that you can stream all your favorite shows and movies on Netflix, Amazon prime, YouTube, and Apple TV. You can also connect your smart devices to the wifi provided.

The house is very close to two boat ramps on canyon lake. Boat ramp #6 and #7.
