You relax on a large, upscale leather couch and two wonderful reclining chairs in the living room with a large wall mounted Television/sound bar/bluetooth in the living room. The unit is fully serviced by fast Wi-Fi.
The large Master Bedroom with a king size bed contains a newly added en-suite bath with a heated floor and twin sinks. It has views facing both Independence Pass and the Roaring Fork river.
All bedrooms each have their own televisions. At guest's option the two non-master bedrooms can be made up with either two extra long twin beds, or the beds can be joined together and set up as a single king bed, as you prefer.
Your stay includes MAID SERVICE with ABI, THE BEST HOUSEKEEPER IN ASPEN! There is also a full size washer and dryer, and a Rinnai Instant hot water system assuring that you will never run out of hot water.
The Chateau Roaring Fork Complex has the largest pool in Aspen, with two large hot tubs. The hot tubs are great meeting places in which to soak after skiing or hiking, as well as a wonderful amenity in the summertime. There is also a sauna, and small workout room.
There are beautiful hiking trails right outside your door including the East Aspen trail, a very short walk to the locals favorite Ute Trail, links to the nearby Rio Grande Trail by Hallam Lake, Glory Hole Park to name a few.
It is hard to choose what the best part of staying in this unit is? Is the comfortable condo itself, where you can relax by the fireplace, throw something on the grill and enjoy a comfortable meal together; or is it the convenient core location where everything is in easy walking distance from the Supermarket to the Gondola, to Restaurant Row, to the Downtown shops, to the Roaring Fork Transportation Hub with free bus service to the other ski areas - Aspen Highlands, Snowmass, Buttermilk -as well as service down valley all the way to Glenwood Springs; or, is it the easy access to the many trails outside your door? Who knows, but it's just great.
On a different note, the rules of the Condominium Association prohibit guests from bringing any animals into the complex. This rule is strictly enforced. Smoking, of ANY substance, including tobacco products, vape pipes, marijuana, etc. is strictly forbidden anywhere on the premises, notwithstanding the fact that smoking these substances may be permitted by Colorado law.
Because of the convenient location in the core and Aspen's wonderful public transportation system you do not need a car to get around. If you do bring a car you will be provided with a single parking pass for the condominium lot.
There is a four-day minimum stay, with longer minimums at select times. Daily rates are listed on our site, but may be modified for special events, etc. Actual rates will be confirmed at the time of your booking. There is an Aspen Sales Taxes of 21.3% on stays of less than 28 days, but there is no sales tax on stays of 28 days or longer.
