This stylish, waterfront cottage on the Sauble River, is the perfect vacation location! Recently built, this cottage provides over 2000 sq ft of comfort and style. From the moment you walk in, the river is in full view. The Main floor and upper Master bedroom with walkout, overlook the picturesque Sauble River. Amenities are plentiful; Central A/C, Private dock, Canoe & Kayaks, Modern kitchen, dishwasher, laundry & High Speed Wifi. Outside, the multiple seating areas, hammock and firepit all overlook the water!
The space Bedrooms are 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double and 2 single beds. Please note bedding is NOT provided, but can be arranged for an additional fee for long distance travellers.

Please note this cottage is available June - October with a 7 night minimum. in July & August. HST & local MAT taxes and owner associated fees are included in the pricing. Please review the Rental Policy under House Rules.
