✦ We list it as able to sleep up to six guests. There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed
and two queen deluxe air mattresses that can each sleep two. The couch is very wide and comfortable.
✦Pool is not heated. There is a luxury, deep tissue heated hot tub by Bullfrog that seats six with six different jet packs.
✦ Free early check-in and late check-out if available
✦ Three 4K Smart TV's equipped with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu live with over 65 channels including sports, Disney Plus, news, and Apple TV.
✦ The house is equipped with a surround sound, multi-room Sonos audio system. You can airplay your playlist or through the sonos app. Enjoy movies on the 65” TV in the living room with the Sonos ARC sound bar, Woofer and surround sound speakers. There is also a Sonos Move to take out on the patio that you can also use Bluetooth with.

✔ Our Pool is serviced every Wednesday between 8am-2pm by Seahorse Pools. In case the pool will be used during those times please let us know so we can reschedule.
✔ There’s parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is also available in front and side of the Modern Desert Getaway.
✔ There is usually an assortment of spices, oils, and condiments though we do not guarantee to have everything our guests might want
✔ Paper Towels, aluminum foil, baking sheets, saran wrap, plastic baggies, and storage containers.
