Welcome to 204 Evian Villas. This newly renovated condo has been completely updated to feature all of the modern amenities you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. As soon as you step inside, you'll notice the stunning LPV flooring, beautiful moldings, and charming shiplap walls that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

This updated townhouse, located in Shipyard Resort, boasts 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The main floor features a brand new remodeled kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and gorgeous quartz countertops, making it the perfect place to whip up a delicious meal. In addition, a breakfast nook, dining room seating 6, and a comfortable living room with a large flat screen TV.

Perfect Condo, Great Location!

We loved the updated condo, it was fresh and had such nice touches, like the big basket by the front door that we put our shoes in and the baskets in the bedrooms for our laundry. We are tennis players and were directly across from the free tennis courts and pool, we couldn't have asked for a better location. The new owners of this condo have been busy with putting their personal touches on the unit, and it is my understanding that they will be upgrading the rest of the appliances in the near future. They put in a new deck which gives you an unobstructed view of the golf course, very nice and well thought out. We stayed for the entire month of March. My only suggestion would be to rearrange the furniture in the living room as it is difficult to watch T.V. without getting a crick in your neck :) We will definitely be rebooking this unit in the near future.

HHI WEDDING WEEKEND

This unit was updated nicely and very comfortable. In a great location in Shipyard. The pool was great and proximity to the ocean an easy bike ride. Only suggestion would be faster internet as it was very slow when we were trying to work during the week.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the unit was never cleaned. In an hour and a half it was cleaned while we waited elsewhere. It was not cleaned well to say the least. The rechargeable vacuum cleaner did not work. The crock pot was cracked. We killed 16 wasps in the unit during our stay. The furnace seemed to continually operate necessitating a call. The tech was working on the unit most of the day.

Great Condo, Great Location

We rented the condo for a 4-person family Thanksgiving visit with our daughter who is in college in the area and unable to come home for the holiday. The condo was clean and well maintained and in great proximity to all our needs, dining, shopping, and groceries. The walking trails provided a nice way to walk-off some of those holiday calories. We would rent this condo again.

The recent updates are noticeable the moment you enter the property. The beautiful gray and blue walls along with the flooring and nice lighting provide a bright and airy decor. This is by far, the nicest villa in which we have stayed in Evian.

The unit was beautifully decorated with premium finishes and thoughtfully chosen accents in each room. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware.Microwave was a little finicky, but it did the job.The only complaint would be the lack of blinds in the front bedroom, which faces the parking lot. Bright and airy sheers are hung on the windows which look very nice, but there was no privacy for changing, and “up with the sun” was not part of the plan, so we didn’t even use the room other than the closet and bathroom. Thankfully there were 2 beds in the other suite, so we both slept in that bedroom. (Mother & daughter getaway). I’m sure a sleep mask would have solved the problem, but I think something could be easily added for a little more privacy. Very comfortable stay other than that.

Great vacation!

This is a beautiful property and perfect for what we were looking for. The property managers were quick to answer the few questions we had during our stay. The only negative to the property is the lack of blinds in the front bedroom. Sheer curtains do not afford much privacy or block morning sunlight. We took care of this with a cheap set of dark curtains from Walmart. (we did not report this to HHR, and were fine with our solution) Would definitely use Hilton Head Rentals and rent this property again.

Magnificent Condo

This condo unit is located on the 7th hole of Brigantine Golf course, in the Evian property within Shipyard. The location of this unit is perfect, it’s just steps away from the Tennis/Pickle ball courts & Pool, less than a mile away from the Beach access. Such an easy location to bike to nearby shops, ice cream & restaurants. This unit is beautiful, the entire condo has been renovated and updated the kitchen has everything you need while on vacation, the furniture is very comfortable, sofas have pullout beds if needed, The bedrooms each have their own bathrooms with showers, the beds are very comfortable, the condo has all the bedding and towels you need. The washer & dryer are great, easy to use, a nice feature to have. Parking is easy right out the front door. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife right outside our condo. We cannot say anything bad about this unit and would completely recommend it, we can’t wait to stay here again. Rental company was great and friendly to work with.
