About this property

Views of Boulder and the Rockies from Balinese Day

This is an opportunity for you to stay at one of Boulders unique properties. Located on a short cul de sac, it has incredible views of the front range & Boulder. It's just minutes from CU & Downtown.

It has a very open floor plan, with 3 bedrooms; a king; a queen; and a king and single in the loft (plus a king on the deck). Elsewhere, there is a collection of art from around the world. Fully furnished, with tasteful touches like granite counters, travertine & slate flooring; masks and rugs from Africa; art from Brazil & elsewhere; and a huge deck.

Best of all is the view. Huge picture windows and a huge deck open out to a view of the front range from Boulder to Lyons. There's not a better view or location in Boulder. There are no cars or people walking by. All this just a short distance from CU & downtown.

To clarify; the entire building is about 6000 square feet, with 3 apartments. The top part of the building is what we're talking about; the bedrooms on the level below are also available for an additional charge. The building is well insulated, and the entry & top floor is private & separate. The top apartment has its own garden level entry, its own garden & its own huge deck. I live in the lower space, and am often out of town / out of the country-; I have an eco-lodge in Africa amongst other things.

Keywords: apartment, house, beautiful, mountain, downtown, university, natural, home, nature, chatauqua, university hill, pearl street, boulder, flagstaff, romantic, private, garden,

There is parking for one car in the driveway; any additional cars please park on College Ave- parking is a major complaint from our neighbors.

When I'm in town, I live in the level below. We have a management team available to help you 24hrs a day.

The house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in a pretty part of Boulder, nestled against the foothills. Walking trails, downtown, and The Hill are within easy reach, whether by bike or on foot. There is no traffic, and it's very private. Walk 3 blocks to the Alpine Modern cafe; or take an uber 2 minutes to the Pearl st mall.

There is a bus a few blocks away, but everything is within walking or bike distance.

Please note- this property is zoned for no more than 3 unrelated people. This means, it can legally accommodate an unlimited number of related people, plus no more than two additional unrelated people. Please contact me if you need clarification.

We have some bikes for you to borrow, and a new Intense Tracer 275c mountain bike to rent for a small daily fee.

Also note- pets surcharge will be $50/day, per pet. Let me know if you need clarification.
