For those that know, this is the best area in all of NW Florida. Guests have access to their own private pool (heated for an extra fee), or go play in the tranquil waters of Eastern Lake as it gently rolls out into the ocean, or, head into the surf and enjoy the waves.. Whichever you choose. This home truly offers "The Best of Both Worlds".

This beautiful fully furnished home is located South of 30A in Seagrove Beach and is carefully curated and lovingly decorated with personal touches even the most seasoned traveler will appreciate. The home offers a fenced and private yard with synthetic turf surrounding your own Private pool. The home also boasts a beautiful screened in porch that overlooks the grounds, perfect for a coffee in the morning or cocktail at night.
This home features 3 bedrooms plus an amazing custom bunkroom that includes a second living area for the kids.
Enter through a welcoming front porch into an open concept living/dining/ kitchen area with wood-look tile, high ceilings and abundant natural light. The chef's kitchen has stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops and gas range/oven.
The home is located south (beachside) of 30A at 80 S Lake Dr. It is close to OId Florida FIsh House, and just a few blocks to the Eastern Lake Beach Access.
Seaside and Watercolor are just a few minutes to the West and Rosemary Beach is a 10 minute drive East. The Eastern Lake area is known for being "Old Florida" at its finest, with very little traffic between you and the beach, its peaceful, and a great vacation destination.

This rental home truly offers the best of both worlds with its proximity to both the lake and the ocean. The accommodations were ideal for our family. The golf cart made the short trip to the beach a breeze. The pool was fantastic for relaxing in the evenings and enjoying the beautiful nights. The screened in porch was perfect for sipping my morning coffee outdoors. Our family had a wonderful time, and we would definitely return to this home.

Great Stay
We had an amazing stay at this property! Everything was as advertised, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed! The location is great, and just a short hop to the beach access down the street. Owners were always quick to respond with questions, and made the entire process go smoothly. Can't wait to come back soon!

Made our stay easy
The property was as described and made our stay very easy. Having the golf cart made hauling kids back and forth to the beach a lot easier! We also frequented some of the closest coffee shops and restaurants easily. The property is as advertised but our only couple complaints were that there were cigarette butts all over the yard and around the pool that hadn’t been cleaned up, some of the bedding and towels we’re still wet when we arrived, and there is mold on the third floor bathroom door. If those items hadn’t have been it would have been pretty perfect as far as cleanliness.

Wonderful Experience !
The house is beautiful and Seagrove is a hidden location on 30A. Lots of options for dining, coffee, ice cream, and shopping. Many are a short walk, bike ride, or drive from the house. The golf cart makes Beach access easy. We had a great week and will be back!

Wonderful week at the beach!!!
We had a wonderful week at the Best of Both Worlds!! The house is beautiful and perfect for us. it's in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beach and Eastern lake AND close to restaurants and shopping!! Our family really enjoyed the wide open beach and the shallow tidal pools that the kids could play in. It was such a nice treat having the private heated pool to relax in after the day at the beach! The chef's kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed for wonderful family meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are so glad we found this property and definitely plan on returning!

Amazing stay in Seagrove Beach!
This house is amazing with no detail overlooked. Great location in quiet community but also in close proximity to beach, lake, shopping, restaurants, and activities. The house was perfect for our family. There is plenty of room for family and friends. The kitchen was well-equipped with all of the extras needed to enjoy cooking and family meals. We love the covered porch and found it a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee and evening cocktails. The private heated pool was definitely a bonus! So nice to come home for a relaxing dip in the pool after a day at the beach. The kids enjoyed playing in the tidal pools down at the beach. The coastal dune lake and beautiful wide open beach truly make this the "Best of Both Worlds!" The location of this house is perfect for a 30A vacation. It is in a peaceful quiet area but it is so close to Seaside, the HUB, Watercolor, shops, restaurants, and more. We walked to dinner, to hear live music, to get donuts, and across the bridge of beautiful Eastern lake. We definitely look forward to returning to this wonderful home!

Top Shelf Property.
Here is a our review of the Best of Both Worlds. The house is absolutely of Top Shelf quality. Very comfortable beds, great layout, and exceptionally well stocked with extras throughout. We really appreciated being able to rent the discounted golf cart which saved us over $300, and made the trip to the beach really fun. What my kids really enjoyed that is so unique about this home is being able to have access to, and play in eastern lake as it overflows out into the ocean. While the water was a bit cool for me, the kids played for hours in the calm knee deep water and didnt have to fight the ocean waves. Made for a really peaceful day at the beach. We also used the beach access when the kids got out, and the beach was largely empty, not crowded in the least. We were able to park our class C RV at the house, as this was part of a month long trip south. Not having to be hassled by an HOA was among the best parts of the stay. The house is low Key, and absolute quality throughout.

Loved EVERYTHING about this home
What an amazing location and stay. The Home was elegant and comfortable for our girls weekend. The pool was very private and warm. Close to the beach, and Warren Beach Rentals got us a golf cart for about 1/2 the price that most folks were paying.. what a deal. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and the neighborhood is lovely. We enjoyed using the paddle board in Eastern Lake and floated right out into the ocean.. SO COOL. Florida Fish house for sushi was a hit on 2 separate nights, as its basically across the street and so so fun. In short, a fantastic experience, cant wait to bring back our families. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. God Bless.

We loved this home! Perfect for our friends and family to stay and enjoy themselves. A pool for the non beach bums and a quick golf cart ride to those of us that were! Fully equipped kitchen. Incredibly clean home… showers,floors, outdoor area. We loved our stay here!!!
