Centrally located just minutes away: large grocery stores and shops, Pharmacy, Hospital, Cinemas, Fine Dining and Incredible Eats right on the Water, Dolphin Shows when you visit Theater of the Sea, Incredible State Parks and Reefs, world Famous Tiki Bar !! Miami is 1 hour away and Key West 1 1/2 hours.
