Watch breath-taking sunsets from the oversized balcony of this beautiful four-bedroom, four-bathroom condo. There’s space to spread out on the balcony and enjoy the spectacular view, with several seating areas and matching chaise lounges. Inside, the space has been renovated by the new owners and professionally decorated by an interior designer. Recently painted walls, white curtains, and all-new decor combine for a bright, fresh stay. Well-equipped kitchen, with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Serve up your creations at the breakfast bar, which seats four, or the dining room table, which seats another six.

After your meal, grab a beach towel and head down to the sand to start working on that tan. Alternately, you’ve also got access to a shared pool and hot tub. After a full day of soaking up that Vitamin D, head back to your condo to relax in the central AC. Gather together on the sectional and channel surf on the new 65-inch smart TV. if you can’t agree on what to watch, each bedroom also features a flatscreen TV. The unique floor plan features two beach-front main suites, each with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and balcony access. Both suites also feature newly upgraded walk-in tile showers. One of the queens also has an en suite bathroom, and one features a shared bathroom. Rest up for another great vacation day tomorrow, but don't forget to step back out onto the balcony for a breathtaking sunset and a toast to your good luck for booking the perfect vacation getaway.

Best accommodations ever

We visit PCB often and have stayed in several places. This has been the most accurate, comfortable, and perfectly located vacation to date. The unit was clean and had such a well appointed layout for spending time with family and enjoying the beach. Easy access to beaches, dining and sights. Property owner was in constant contact and super responsive.I would stay here again if available next year for our family.

Everything was fine. I’d suggest more pans in the kitchen. A sink and bath tub stopper. I cooked a lot and had to make one dish wash the pan then use it again for the same meal. Not a huge deal but I convenient with no sink stopper. Beautiful location,beach and pool

Perfect Getaway

My fiancé and two kids along with my friend, her husband and two teenage girls stayed at this condo for spring break. The condo was beautiful and plenty big for all of us. Each bedroom came with its own bathroom which was perfect! The view from the balcony is stunning. The apartment came equipped with all cooking utensils we needed. The host responded quickly with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this stay!

2024 Spring break trip

The location, beach access, beach view, 4 bedrooms (2 kings), & 4 bathrooms are why we chose this condo for our family’s spring break week long trip. The condo is well furnished including the patio, kitchen, family living space, & bedrooms. The kitchen has all the basics & bathrooms have enough towels for all staying. Checkin process - lots of property guidelines, yet there were only 2 wristbands for our party of seven, no pool gate code, & no WiFi password given. Contacted owner for WiFi password and on site maintenance provided the pool gate code. Unfortunately there were issues during our stay. The owner, Sandy, is friendly & easy to communicate with. She is responsive, had maintenance out for our AC issues the very next day & confirmed there was a WiFi provider outage. She sent us a thoughtful fruit basket for our inconveniences. She gave a small refund once I advised her of mold & wall water leakage. The cleaning is not thorough - there’s mold in all the bathrooms & washer. The floors are dirty- needs a thorough mopping. The AC unit broke and was only restored to fully functioning on the day before we left. The WiFi worked for just half a day at the beginning of the entire trip. It rained the last night and the right rear bedroom wall had a leak directly over the bed. It was a steady stream of water from a hole in the wall. The hole appeared to be a past picture frame hanging. In conclusion, if the issues are fully addressed we would love to stay again.

The condo is very nice and as advertised. We loved spending time on the huge patio. The kitchen could be better stocked with more silverware and essentials, like foil, baggies, etc. We also only had 2 “pods” for the dishwasher and washer. The sheets on at least 2 of the beds had the wrong sized sheets and they wouldn’t stay on the mattress. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. The owner was very responsive with the couple of questions we had in a very timely manner.
