Hello and welcome to our beautiful property, Before you settle in Please inspect the cabin within 2 hours after arrival and notify us in writing about any concerns and we will have a member of our staff or cleaning inspector whom have the right of entry and inspection to come address your concerns.

All issues not reported upon arrival may be deemed the guest's responsibility. Propane is not provided and all guests should prepare for propane use before arrival.

Please remember we are in the Smoky mountain and even though we have our homes inspected and treated by a licensed pest control professional there could be unwelcome insects in the homes. The winter welcomes lady bugs that the park officials released for aphid control and they love warm sunny areas of home and can easily find their way in. Centipedes are mostly a summer addition and stay around water but cause no harm. Spiders and flies are more prevalent but are also native to the mountain.
Also, due to county regulations, if there is ever excessive trash at check out there will be a $50 fee. This is due to fees being charged to our cleaners for trash disposal. If there is at any point in your stay you need trash removal beyond the capacity of your bear bins, please reach out and we will have it removed.
