A perfect location on a quiet corner of Old Towne TC. Just steps to shops, dining, theater and waterfront. Our downtown condo is beautifully furnished and provides a respite to recharge for your Up North adventures. We adhere to cleaning protocol. 1st floor condo sleeps up to 4 with king bed and full sleeper sofa. Well-lit self key-pad entry to outer & inner condo door. ‘First come/first serve’ on-site parking. No Pets

We had a great time in TC! The condo was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. It was in a great location, walking to restaurants. Carrie promptly responded to me when I had a question. I would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Charming condo

Beautiful clean condo in the heart of TC. It was a great location, within walking distance of downtown. And it was stocked with anything we could need in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room.

Great condo in great location!

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean, updated and well-located. We were able to walk to everything (bars, restaurants, beach, walking trails) and host was very communicative and responsive. Would certainly stay here again.

Carrie is amazing! Her condo is beautiful & literally has everything you need for a little getaway! It was so homey, inviting & relaxing! The proximity to downtown TC & so many more fun adventures is the icing on the cake. Not to mention so many cute shops to bring back treats for loved ones. My husband & I were celebrating our 13yr anniversary & will without a doubt be back!

Perfect location

The condo was clean, bright and well appointed. Our landlord responded quickly when we needed her. We love the Traverse City area and this condo is perfectly located. It’s a quick walk to downtown shopping and dining and the drives up Old Mission, and Leelanau Peninsulas are easy as is the drive around East Bay to ElkRapids, Charlevoix, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

One of the very best

This is one of the very best vacation rentals we have stayed at. The communication was excellent. The owner has designed the space beautifully and included all the special details. It was very clean and comfortable. The location can not be beat. We walked downtown several times and bikes to the peninsula, all from the condo. Hoping to return soon. Thank you!

Amazing!

Carrie’s place was an amazing stay for the weekend. The place itself was super clean and it looks exactly like the pictures on the listing. It was stocked with anything you would need and honestly felt like we were staying at our own home. The location is also perfect. It’s a couple blocks up from the main strip of stores/restaurants but a super easy walk. Carrie had recommended we check out The Parlor which is across the street from the condo and it was great. The food was very good and the whiskey sours were some of the best we’ve had! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it if you are visiting the area!

Beautiful Condo/Great Location

The condo was very welcoming and beautifully decorated. Fresh flowers in the kitchen and bathroom were a sweet touch. It was a bright and cheery place to stay for our little trip through Traverse City, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Our host was quick to return any communication. Parking was an issue. The parking garage option next door was very expensive. Garbage in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied before we arrived, although the rest of the place was super clean! I would definitely recommend this place and stay again if the parking can be resolved.

We had a perfect experience in this rental and our trip. It was our first time in traverse city. The unit was clean, new and had all the extras included as far as toiletries and kitchen needs go. Traverse City Walkable Location

This place is very nice and extremely walkable to downtown Traverse City. We were able to get out and walk around downtown to the shops and breweries. Location is a secured building. The only drawback is the lack of free parking. The building does have this, but the ratio of spots to units is way off. The alternative is a parking garage right next door but it will come with a ~$20/day cost (~$1/hr), not terrible but something to factor in. The place itself was very clean and felt cozy with the decorations and amenities. I would highly recommend this stay to any couple visiting Traverse City. Owner is very communicative and pleasant as well!

45th Anniversary Trip

Both my wife and I were extremely pleased with the condo. Very clean, visually appealing and very comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised with all of the kitchen and bathroom amenities. Awesome! Location was great as well, only a four block walk to the downtown shopping district with additional restaurants and bars within a block or two. Great communication with Carrie. We will be back!

Carrie was a great host. Instructions were easy to follow and clear. The unit was clean, calm, stylish, and good quality. The little extras in the unit made a big difference (shampoo, qtips, makeup remover, detergent, etc.).

Pleasant getaway

The host, Carrie, provided exceptional attention to detail, the apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. The only issue was finding the actual property because the street was closed due to construction. After driving around the area several times, I had to eventually park and walk around until I found the apartment. The only other issue was parking. Carrie pointed this out in her instructions, so it isn't her fault that parking in Traverse City is challenging. I had to park one street over on one occasion, feeding the meter several times. On another occasion I parked in the parking structure and received a $10 ticket for missing the meter payment by one half hour. Other than that, the neighborhood is very friendly and just a short walk to downtown Traverse City and Clinch Park marina. All in all, a great place to stay.
