IMPORTANT NOTE
As of November 29 2022, any guest who books after this date will have pool and hot tub heating included in their stay. Anything above the daily allotment will be charged additionally, invoiced upon check-out or collected through the damage deposit. Primary Guest will be notified if they are exceeding the daily allocation. Please be weary of consumption so that you are not charged any extra fees upon check-out. It is important to cover the pool with the cover every night to avoid going over your allotment.
For guests who booked before November 29, pool and hot tub heating can be added on for $100 per night.

GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT + MUTUAL RESPECT
In order to protect the integrity of our community, and to create the best experience for all our guests who wish to immerse themselves into the local culture, our Guest Code of Conduct is based on mutual respect and is outlined in detail within our rental agreement (which can be accessed and read in full before booking)
The Primary Guest will be required to confirm their acknowledgement and agreement of our Guest Code of Conduct within 7 days of reservation
We have a strict zero tolerance for violations of our Guest Code of Conduct, and any violations can result in denied entry to or the immediate expulsion of the home and community — without refund

PUTTING GREEN, BASKETBALL & PICKLEBALL, GAME ROOM
If you’re looking to practice your putting and chipping before hitting the courses, practice on our private chipping and putting green.
You'll find an exterior basketball court with an easy to install net for pickleball.
Inside, there is also a small game room with an NBA Jam arcade, ESPN Foosbal table, another smart TV, and fun board games for families.

LIVING AREA, KITCHEN & DINING
Both of the living space & kitchen areas have exceptional views of the backyard and desert mountains. The space is an open concept with high ceilings and energy-efficient glass doors that give unobstructed access to the vast exterior living space.
For dining, there is a formal wood dining table (Restoration Hardware) that is right off the kitchen that seats 8 people, and an elevated counter with bar seating for another 4.
In the living room, there is a large sectional with a flatscreen TV for sports and movie nights. Please be advised the fireplace is currently not operational
The kitchen is chef-ready and fully stocked for fine dining, with chef approved cookware and artisan dinnerware, glassware and barware.

Our designated check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am — local time.
Due to the size of the home, it takes a fair amount of time to perform the enhanced cleaning protocols that our professional crew has in place.
And we sincerely appreciate that all guests leave the home in a ‘Leave No Trace’ state and to make sure they respect and adhere to the check in & out times.

‘LEAVE NO TRACE’
This home is very special to us. Although we do not require guests to perform a ‘deep’ clean, out of mutual respect, we do require that guests leave the home as tidy as possible, with all garbage, recycling, and compost being properly disposed of. Also, all cookware must be cleaned and stored back to its original place, with all used dinnerware and glassware placed in the dishwasher. All furniture, linens, and towels must also be put back in their original place
