Nice house in good neighbourhood
Great house with everything we needed. Even a gas bbq! Service by Georg was super! A minor complaint for us were the beds. These were much to hard.

Manque d'information provocant des incompréhensions voir déceptions du séjour
difficultés de communication avec le propriétaire qui ne parle pas français, et qui n'est pas en Espagne, également avec le monsieur de 80 ans qui s'occupe de la maison sur place et qui ne parle pas non plus français. donc, déconseillé pour les français. nous avons été prélevé 100 euros après notre départ, soit disant qu'on a laissé trop de travail à faire pour la femme de ménage, pourtant, on a payé 93 euros de frais de ménage dans la totalité du prix à part du frais de location. Le propriétaire a dit que ces 93 euros étaient pour du ménage "normal", alors que nous y sommes restés 2 semaines, forcement ça fait plus de ménage à faire, plus un toutou. et si on savait qu'il fallait laisser la maison comme en arrivant, on ferait le nécessaire. pour tant, nous avons nettoyé le bac du barbecue au gaz rempli de graisse et la grille dégueulasse impossible de faire cuire quoi que ce soit dessus sans laver, sans parler du tuyau qui est bouché finalement on l'a laissé tomber et nous avons fait barbecue mural derrière de la maison et nous avons nettoyé la veille du départ. 2 semaines après notre départ, le propriétaire nous informe qu'ils ne trouvent pas un ventilateur. Nous sommes sans voix... on se sent impuissant car vous avez laissé 200 euros de caution avec un paiement en CB sur le site, donc les propriétaires ont le droit de prélever cette somme. alors pour le contester, bonjour! on se senthumilié gratuitement pour1ventilo de quelques dizaine €, vraiment une mauvaise expérience.

Wunderbare Zeit
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem großen und toll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vom Haus aus erreicht man mit dem Auto den ersten Supermarkt innerhalb von zwei Minuten, die ersten Strände in einer Viertelstunde. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.

Außergewöhnlich gute Ausstattung
Unterwegs auf der Hinfahrt hatten wir schon telefonischen Kontakt mit dem Verwalter (Georg), sodass er, als wir eintrafen schon vor Ort war um uns alles zu zeigen. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Außerdem ist es sehr komfortabel und geräumig. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und noch vieles darüber hinaus. Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts war sehr gut. Georg war immer erreichbar und sehr zuverlässig. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war gut. Die Landschaft rundum Begur ist Traumhaft schön und es gibt mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Mit Navigation haben wir das Haus gut gefunden. Vielen Dank an Fam. Rauber und Georg dass wir unseren Urlaub so genießen konnten.

Plaisante semaine
Notre semaine fut reposante. Cette charmante maison familiale est accueillie et accessible. Nous avons été bien accueillis avec en plus des fruits et une bonne bouteille en guise de bienvenue 🙂 La maison est très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut et les nuits calmes. Maison très agréable, très pratique et au niveau d'équipement exceptionnel. La chambre à part s'est révélée très utile, pour accueillir les parents. Environnement calme et jardin magnifique. Georg Forsthuber, un ami de Walter, nous a très bien accueilli et était disponible en cas de besoin.

Maison très agréable, très propre et très bien équipée. Proche de tout. Accueil formidable, Georg Forthuber très gentil aucune difficulté avec notre fils handicapé. Il nous a très bien reçu, et nous a bien arrangé malgré notre arrivé différé !!! Nous espérons revenir. Location que nous recommandons.

In dem Häuschen, was sehr praktisch aufgeteilt ist, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schönes Ambiente, sehr sauber, eine super Küchenausstattung, viele Sitzgelegenheiten auf den Terrassen, immer Schattenmöglichkeit vorhanden. Sehr praktisch auch der separate Eingang für das 3. Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Fußläufig in den Ort in 20 Minuten, geht allerdings recht ordentlich den Berg hinauf. Idyllische Strände mit Kiessand in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Schade, dass wir erst am letzten Tag herausgefunden haben, dass der Strand Fonda auch für Hunde freigegeben ist. Ansonsten gibt es einen Hundestrand am Mündungsgebiet des Flusses Ter, Sandstrand Fahrzeit 20 Min. Das Grundstück ist nicht vollständig mit einem Zaun umgeben , der hintere Teil geht in einen bewachsenen Graben über aber unser Hund blieb brav bei uns auf der Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute.
Sehr schönes Haus, gehobener Einrichtungsstandard, überdurchschnittliche Ausstattung der Küche. Sehr gepflegter Garten und schöne Terassen. Gemütliche Aussenbeleuchtung lädt zum langen Verweilen am Abend ein. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.

Drei wunderbare Wochen in einem so auffallend gut ausgestatteten, super gepflegten und herrlich gelegenen Haus in einem der schönsten Orte der Costa Brava. Wir hatten mit den schönsten Urlaub dort, und das, obwohl wir seit fast 20 Jahren immer wieder in diese bezaubernde Region fahren. Abends konnten wir entweder vorne auf der geräumigen Terasse den Tag mit Blick auf den sehr mediterran angelegten Garten ausklingen lassen (und unser Abendessen auf dem exquisiten Gasgrill zubereiten), oder auch ganz "klassisch" Steak oder Fisch auf dem gemauerten Holzkohlegrill auf der versteckten und uneinsehbaren Terasse hinter dem Haus auflegen. Dass der Urlaub so gelungen war, lag sowohl an dem Haus und seiner Lage als auch - noch mal Dank und liebe Grüße aus Köln! - an der herzlichen Begrüßung durch George (oder Schorsch, wie wir Kölner sagen;-)), an seinen so faszinierenden Geschichten rund um Begur und natürlich auch an seinen tollen Tipps für den Aufenthalt! Auch das hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt haben und nach drei Wochen nur so ungern schon wieder die Koffer packen mussten. Getröstet hat uns die Gewissheit: Nächstes Jahr sind wir wieder hier! Genau hier! Und noch eins zum Hundegebell, das in einigen Rezensionen angesprochen wird: Die beiden "Haupttäter", zwei Schäferhunde, die ein paar Häuser entfernt wohnen, bellen jeden Abend ca. 30 Minuten zu immer ungefähr derselben Zeit, tagsüber kaum. Wenn der erste Hund anfängt, gibt es dann ein abendliches Bell-Konzert, das sich über mehrere Berge und einige Hunde erstreckt. Da wir selbst mit Hund da waren - und unsere Hündin solche Abendkonzerte gar nicht kannte - war sie erst ziemlich verwirrt, dann hat sie aber auch sehr gerne selbst mal ein paar Einheiten zur "Abendrandale" beigetragen:-). Erst waren wir etwas irritiert, warum denn keiner der Nachbarn sich mal beschwert - nach 5 Tagen haben wir es gar nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Nach zwei Wochen hätten wir es vielleicht schon vermisst...;-)??? Das Haus selbst, in dem wirklich alles (und noch mehr) ist, was man braucht, die Lage, die Reion, die vielen Möglichkeiten - beste Voraussetzungen für einen Traumurlaub! Alles in allem von uns klare 5 Sterne - und wenn es mehr gäbe, auch mehr! Und noch einen Zusatzpunkt für die unkomplizierte und freundliche Art, mit der alles von Walti und George organisiert und abgewickelt wurde! Danke aus Köln von Susanne und Randolf!

Sehr gut.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die persönliche Betreuung, wurde auch eine defekte Kaffeemaschine sofort durch eine neue ersetzt. Schade das in den oberen Zimmern keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern waren. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch gerne mal wieder kommen. Viele grüße aus Berlin.

Older guests can also feel entirely comfortable here, and access every room with no problems. For families, the house offers an excellent location, and thanks to the separate bedroom on the lower level, no one will feel cramped. The house is very comfortable and the surrounding pines bestow an agreeable climate, allowing you to sleep well even in the height of summer. If cooking is your thing, the kitchen has (almost) everything needed to make cooking fun.
