Located on the private side of Lake Anna, this family-friendly, privately owned home was built in 2018 and it provides ample opportunities for fun days in the water. There is a heated, in-ground pool for quick dips or for the days you don’t want to get into the lake. Two single person kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards are available for lake fun. Fire up the gas grill for afternoon cookouts while watching the kids and family play in the pool. Wind down on cooler evenings around the no-hassle propane firepit.
The living area of this two-story home features a large, open, eat-in kitchen and tv room plus a beautiful screened in porch that is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or catch a game on the TV in the evening.

Amazing host, amazing location!

We vacationed at Shauna’s house in August 2023. The Lake House is perfectly located in a quiet residential area. It’s a short walk to the dock or the small Sandy beach (perfect for launching our kayaks and paddle boards.) The house was clean and comfortable. Shauna has done a lot of things to add just a little bit more of a personal touch to your stay (i.e. providing soaps and other toiletries, extra pool towels, extra blankets, etc.) Our kids spent most of the time in the amazing heated pool! It was the perfect size with lots of pool toys for the kids and comfy lounging chairs for the adults. Shauna was amazing at communicating with us and quickly responding to our needs. She’s a SuperHost! 10/10 would stay here again! Thanks Shauna for letting us be a part of your family for the week!

Family Get Away!

This place was perfect for what we wanted to do...relax, enjoy the pool, go fishing, go out on the lake, eat, drink and laugh! We had so much fun. This home was so inviting, and had great places to lounge, play games, eat, and just enjoy each other's company. It had toys for littles, and all the things needed for an under 5 year old and under one year old! We truly had the best time! I would definitely stay here again!

Father's Day Weekend

Property was incredible. Very well furnished and equipped. Owner was very responsive and cordial to all my questions. We highly recommend this amazing property on Lake Anna to anyone wanting a home and location that provides a welcoming and accommodating experience for multiple couples or families. It is on our list to visit again.

Lovely

Overall it was prefect. Hosts provided many amenities which made our stay even more pleasant. The beautiful house was open, airy and very clean. The kitchen was perfect in every way! The one downside was the weak water pressure. Especially when running more than one shower and/or the washing machine and/or sink faucet. We did make the best of it and enjoyed our stay very much!
