Come relax in this beautifully renovated 3 unit home. Located on the 2nd floor, this unit features a large private deck and intercostal bay views as well as a complementary WAFFLE BREAKFAST, coffee/tea bar, beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
This house is located near drinking, dining, entertainment, shopping & a Sunday market. The beach is .6 miles away & there are bus & trolly stops close by which can take you to downtown St. Pete & several beach access points. There is also a community center across the street with a gym, swimming pool, park & more! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the area is very walkable and safe for biking. With such a great location your vacation here is sure to be amazing!

Getting Around: If you plan to explore further then St. Pete Beach I recommend renting a vehicle. However if you plan to stay in the general proximity getting around this area is fairly easy. Not only to we have almost everything you'll need for your stay with in walking proximity to the house, but if you need to travel a little further there is a bus and trolly stop at the end of the block. There is also a bike rental shop walking distance from the house.
