Washer Dryer, Large Driveway ( will fit 12 cars or RV parking). (NO PARTIES) 10 minutes to the Beach (Depending on traffic) 3 public Golf Courses within 5 minutes. Plus the Bradenton Country Club (Private). 5 minutes to Grocery Stores, Shopping centers, and more. Walking distance to view Manatees and riding horses in the bay.

4 nights with framily to celebrate a milestone birthday. Great house & location. Great water views and sunsets.Beautiful pool. Excellent host with welcoming communication. Everything was perfect!

Great host and great house for family

We had three families staying here for a gymnastics competition and the house was great. Lots of room with a great view. Bob was a great host who communicated regularly. Would highly recommend for any family get away. The beach is a short drive away.

Holidays on the Bay

We stayed here between Christmas and NYE while visiting my brother’s family who live in Sarasota. The location couldn’t have been better. The host is excellent with communication and tips. The layout was perfect for multiple families. The large patio/deck and heated pool were a huge hit and of course the views were gorgeous! We even got to watch the latest SpaceX launch from afar from the front patio. Great experience at this property. Will definitely use again.

Why they chose this property

I don't think there's a nicer Vacation rental in all of Bradenton. This is a dream location and a Dream location. Bring your boat, Fish off the dock (No Fishing license is needed fishing off private docks) Enjoy the pool, Large 65-inch TV with over 200 channels including local. WiFi, Large stocked Kitchen.

A huge Driveway can fit 10 to 13 cars. Lots of waterfront, Huge lawn, and Over 4000 square feet of home under roof. Beaches within bike riding distance. Conveniently located near shopping, grocery, and Restaurants. House sleeps 13,
