Clean and peaceful retreat.

We will definitely stay here again. Home is well kept and clean, especially for a pet friendly home. Our family of three had plenty of space and spent a great time exploring the area. Short drive to bass lake and Yosemite.

Great mountain retreat in Oakhurst

The house was perfect for our five night stay. The beds were super comfortable and our boys appreciated each having a queen bed. Although not in any photos in the listing, there is a full size hot tub on the deck. Happy to see a hot tub service guy there during our stay maintaining the hot tub. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with our start and highly recommend this property.

Exceptional is not Exceptional

we were very disappointed with so many stains on the living room carpet. Really bad! Lots of cobwebs on the sliding doors. Porch and outdoor furniture needed to be cleaned off.

Terrible

There were stains all over the carpet downstairs, patios and doors were dirty and full of cobwebs, we found a dead mouse in trap in kitchen pantry, tv didn’t work and communication with the host was poor, different people would respond after multiple attempts and didn’t communicate with each other.

You could not open the sliders in the living room. This listing on VRBO was inaccurate. This is not an Exceptional home.

Very poor management, needs upkeep

The place was in a quiet peaceful neighborhood and had a great layout, great views and comfy beds. The entire place is carpeted including bathrooms and kitchen. There were several stains in living area and carpet looks very old. The place was clean inside, but the patios and hot tub areas were full of cobwebs and debris. Overall, the place would have been an acceptable place to stay except for a few major issues. The TV wasn't working so I sent an VRBO message and emailed Guestequity but no response. I ended up having to call the following night and they were not able to fix the problem after an hour on the phone (not sure why they didn't just send someone to fix the issue). Another night, we found a mousetrap with a dead mouse in kitchen pantry. I sent an email and a text message to Guestequity with pictures but received no response for 2 days. Then when I messaged them again, they said they never got the messages or emails and that someone else was working those days. Clearly there is no communication among themselves either. They offered to send someone to clean but our concern was that there were mice there to begin and that they left the trap there before guests arrived. I received several 'check IN' emails 2 days after check-in and several 'check OUT' emails 2 days after we had already left, so whoever is responsible in sending out emails is clearly not trained. Our vacation ended up being stressful and not relaxing at all.
